I’ve been training with Joe at Kaizen Personal Training in the past two months. My experience here was super positive. Joe is a professional and wonderful trainer who encourages you to focus on small changes of your body. His training is fun and pain free accompany with his Fascial Stretch Therapy. He also helps you to manage your lifestyle and provides you the homework/workout programs to finish at home.After 2 months training with Joe, I lost ~10 lbs and probably ~5% body fat. My blood test results are better and my energy level is increasing as well. If you’re looking to change yourself Kaizen Personal Training is the best place for you!

The best investment I have ever made in my life was personal training with Joe and Kaizen Personal Training. Joe goes above and beyond to not only train but to teach you how to take care of YOU! He evaluates every aspect of your life and guides you to true improvement that will last a lifetime. Everything is tailored and personalized to you making achieving real goals not only achievable but inevitable. I have never felt stronger, healthier, or mentally clear in my life. If you are serious about improving your health and well being, this is the gym for you! I've been with Kaizen for over a year participating in regular personal training with Joe as well as team training and really happy with the results. Joe is an excellent personal trainer who meets people where they're at and builds from there. His expertise has helped me with a customized fitness and nutrition program that, over time has yielded sustainable results. The results I have achieved with his support have taken me further than I thought possible. In addition the team training classes are small and always fun.

Well, what can I say about Chris? How about life changing? I have struggled with weight and fitness for many many years and as I was getting closer and closer to 50, I was afraid I was too old or too overweight or it was too late to change but Chris assured me it wasn't.Not only did Chris design a program that was challenging but achievable as well. He also guided me with nutritional counselling, which was a huge bonus. I really liked the 'gym' as it is not a typical gym, it focuses on personal training which allowed me to focus on my journey without being distracted by a gym full of people.Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, I highly recommend him! In under 3 months, I have lost 27 lbs and more importantly, I feel great and am definitely on the right life changing path. I am NOT the same person that walked in all those weeks ago. Thanks Chris!

I joined Kaizen Personal Training 13 weeks ago and I can’t say enough about my experience! The equipment is new and the facility is spotless. The atmosphere is professional, friendly and fun. What makes this gym unique from others though, is Joe Wiggell. Joe is focused on results and safely pushes his clients to success. He takes the time to carefully teach, demonstrate, and coach his clients daily on proper form and technique. His dedication, attention to detail, and care for all members of the gym is impeccable. When I joined the gym, I had been experiencing hip pain for many years. With Joe’s expertise in Facial Stretch Therapy and personal training, he helped me strengthen and stabilize weak muscles to relieve my hip pain and continue to workout effectively. The thoughtfully designed workouts and the education provided on healthy nutrition habits, made it possible for me to reach my goals and get the results I hoped for. I have successfully reached my goal weight and continue to tone and get stronger everyday. This gym has become an important part of my daily routine that I look forward to. I highly recommend Kaizen Personal Training to anyone who wants to improve their overall health and get RESULTS!!

I joined Kaizen about one year ago. My experience has been very positive. Joe is very knowledgeable and ensures each exercise is being performed with perfect form/technique. He encourages you to focus on small continuous changes, which keeps me motivated and focused on the goals I have set for myself. Each session builds on the last. There is a focus on joint mobility and flexibility, which I find is often overlooked at other gyms. I can't wait to continue my journey at Kaizen and see what I can accomplish!

I started training at Kaizen and with Joe 7 months ago. Through Joe’s guidance, expert advice, and encouragement I have seen results that I couldn’t have achieved as effectively on my own. Going to Kaizen hasn’t just been about learning how to do an exercise properly, but about slowly introducing small positive changes in my life and learning the effects of those changes. In the short time that I’ve been training at Kaizen, I’ve felt stronger both physically and mentally, I’ve established a healthy and essential daily routine, I’ve learned more about my nutritional needs, and most importantly I’ve gained the confidence to keep me motivated to continue. Kaizen Personal Training
I’ve been training Kaizen personal training for the past five months. I started out in team training and had a great experience. Joe is easy-going and motivates his clients. That being said , I decided quickly to move on to his personal training sessions. His unique style of training with eccentrics has kept working out very interesting, fun and enjoyable. I have noticed a dramatic change in my body composition and will be training with him for the foreseeable future.

Kaizen Personal Training
Kaizen is great to work with. Joe the owner is knowledgeable and provides great feedback during class to make sure you are doing movements correctly. I was dealing with an injury and Joe took the time to demonstrate stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home. He also modified workouts so that I could continue to train and avoid further injury. I highly recommend Kaizen to first time gym goers or to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
