This is a beautiful park to walk through and enjoy nature in the middle of the city. The Humber river runs through it and you can observe the salmon migration here during the fall. This place is habitat for special kinds of birds. Long trail for walk and bike ride. A lot of benches near the water.

It was my first time visiting Etienne Brule Park ever. I went with my husband and son on a Friday afternoon and it was just spectacular and beautiful. On the Saturday, we returned with my brother, his kids and more family. We brought food, had an evening picnic and enjoyed a fire, told stories and sang. We had so much fun, a little boy asked his mom if he could come over and join us... I think it was the fire that was most appealing to him.We got there around 6:30 pm and stayed until 8:30 pm. Everybody would have stayed longer. There's something special about telling stories around a fire.It was such a fun experience. I look forward to visiting this park when I next return to Toronto.

October is a perfect time to visit the park, enjoy the fall colors while having a nice walk. If you are planing your visit ariynd this time it's good to know that begging of October is a peak season for salmon migration in the Greater Toronto Area. People will line up along riverbanks to watch salmon swim and jump out of water. They are very close, you can almost touch them.

Quite and peaceful park. The trail alongside flowing water, lush green park. Lots of benches to sit down and relax.

One of the beast options along the Humber trail.Trail is wide and there is enough green space to satisfy most people, even during the peak times.Humber trail is gorgeous around the park and don't need to cover a lot of distance.Parking is usually great but on peak time hours, it could be impossible to find and the paid parking lot is not that large.Great time to visit is autumn when leaves colour changes.

This is a beautiful park to walk through and enjoy in the city. The Humber river runs through it and you can observe the salmon migration here during the fall. I love that there are parks like this in our city.

A beautiful and peaceful place to get away from the city while still being in the city. This is a great place to spend a peaceful day besides the Humber River. You can come with a picnick and spend the day or go on a walk for a few hours following the river. Also this is a very quiet place so it's a great to get away from everything.

Came here on Saturday to see the salmon runs and they were quite active on the first dam. (Is that what they’re called). We hiked north on the path to the next dam and we didn’t see any fishes at all.Thank you to the other reviewer that mentioned the construction - everything was quite muddy especially given all the rain we’ve had. And parking was completely closed and we had to find parking in the neighborhood - which really wasn’t that bad. Another thing to note is that the washrooms are closed. The ravine is also fenced off, so we didn’t see any fly fishers like we did in past years.

highlights:- beautiful location & landscaping- centrally located- free parking available- humber river bank throughout makes it even betterI drove here by chance driving to the tennis courts and this was indeed a beautiful find. I loved the area & location nearby. Its best when its sunny and green here. I couldn't do the trail walk but it appeared a worthy one.You can bring your cycles or just walk|run, fish, play, relax here. Its a good one for a family day out.will be visiting again for a walk. Recommended. Enjoy!
