Exceptional service !I arrived early and was delighted to be welcomed and attended to as soon as i appeared. Time is precious and every minute was used efficiently and effectively .Brian's approachability, availability and vulnerability were all noted and appreciated. These three characteristics BTW are whar Winstonchurchilll said were the characteristics of an effective leader. Brian instsntly generated trust and confidence in his expertise.Of special note is his wisely suggesting I return in a couple of weeks after i have placed drops of olive oil in both ears. They were so clogged with wax that he had real difficulty removing it. what he was able to extract involved considerable pain and his sensitivity to my discomfort and his overall empathy amplified my appreciation fo rhis professional skill and interpersonal caring.Debbie's friendly and professional greeting and welcoming was also noteworthy. The office was clean , tidy, and comfortable.I look forward to my next visit when I will be able o experience the actual testing of my hearing. Audiologist Krista Wylie was superb. Was clear and concise, thorough in checks.If I was unsure/curious of something, it was communicated in a way I could understand. Always a good experience when you can learn something during visit.

I was concerned about my ear wax accumulation, blockage etc due to my ongoing dizziness. Brian gave me a very thorough check up. He tested my hearing including if my ear crystals were out of place. It turned out everything was fine with the exception of a small hearing loss. He had removed my ear wax before, which is a very delicate thing to do. He has an instrument that controls the water pressure in order to avoid injury. You don't have to go to an ear specialist to do that. In any case I recommend Brian's excellent services for all your hearing health needs . Stay on top of it and don't neglect your hearing. I would like to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful when asking for any information. Also the convenient location and free parking is very much appreciated.

Dr Brian Fields was very informative although Vertigo is hard to get rid off and that was not accomplished - he is going to see me again and maybe send me to Physio so even if he can`t resolve he is willing to look at alternatives that may help

Meridian Hearing and their staff on Boler Rd London has always been extremely helpful, accommodating, and polite. In particular Lisa who has looked after me on the majority of my visits, she listens to what I have to say and has been very professional and informative regarding the options I may have regarding the choice of hearing devices. I was very satisfied with my visit to Meridian Hearing. Everybody in the clinic is very helpful. For the last 3-4 days I am testing my new hearing aid and everything looks good so far. I hope it will be like that in the future as well.

I found the entire staff very helpful and professional . Especially Sean, he went out of his way to get things right. He knew we were leaving soon and he was calling the sales person trying to figure out the problem.Finally on the last day Sean came through for me. It had to be reprogram and that was it.We are away now, and he even sent me an email asking if everything is working. What a great guy he is!There was also another person helping me with Sean, but, I cannot remember her name. She knows who she is and thank you . Great staff you have Brian!Gerald Fleming

I was at Meridian hearing on Fri. With a problem concerning my hearing, I already have hearing aids and was not finding them to my satisfaction. Dr. FIELD checked my ears ,hearing aids,and gave me a hearing test, and some suggestions to help with the problem, he explained everything in detail in laguage my wife and I could understand he also checked my wife,s hearing and again expressed his opinion in a way that easily understood. I found him to be very professional and friendly so from now on I will be seeing Dr. FIELD for all my hearing problems.

I would like to thank Lisa for her advise. She recommended a Resound product that is fantastic! I would highly recommend this product - the blue tooth feature that directs phone calls to your hearing aid, the TV sound directly to your hearing aid and the small microphone that can be used for meetings work very well. And favourite settings can be set on the Resound App which is on your smart phone. Excellent product and excellent service!Wayne Page
