Cons:- Only available by email (usually respond in 24-48h, excluding weekend)- Closed Store during COVID- Take a significant time to produce the product once ordered (again, COVID)- No manual (only video are not up to date with products).- You need to be handy with tool for the installation. i recommend to get at least someone to help during the installation (2 are always better than 1)Pros:- Beautiful product- They will adjust any parts that doesn't fit properly without cost (at least, that was my case)- You can talk to someone if you need to, you just need to ask by email to talk to someone and they will schedule a phone call.- Once i installed my railing, i had some stability issue (my fault), they send someone to my house to adjust everything and they fix the issue (very impressed). No question asked.- Always respectful even when i was a bit frustrated during the installation having no manualFinally, if i had to do it again, i definitely will. Be patient and give this small company a chance. I sent my comments to the company and they assure they are working on it (installation manual for example).

Horrible customer service, I ordered last June 2018 and when it finally arrived in November all the glass was chipped and the wrong angle. Installation manuals do not exist, glass panels are too heavy for the brackets and design so keep slipping. No one will return my calls or emails, they are making stuff in China and obviously have no control of their supply chain. Great concept and prices if they could keep up with delivery and demand. We will end up spending more than we originally did due to flaws in design and incorrectly supplied parts. We are behind 6 months on occupancy permits due to this railing as it currently does not meet code!They also owe me money for parts shipped wrong and damaged and are ignoring my requests. I have since had to buy a whole new railing for my client and am in to red for this...I have offered to ship goods back for full refund and i have had no response. I just want my money that is owed to be back.Looks like only success if you are a Montreal based client!I am a fair person but I this is bad business practice.

While it took a really long time to get my product the staircase is second to none. It is brilliantly designed it’s gorgeous it is an amazing product. The only negative is the time between ordering and receiving my product other than that it is an amazing amazing system and I would recommend it to anybody in the United States or Canada for that matter

Beautiful, high quality products and excellent customer service. I had unique requirements linked to NY building code and the desire to use thick, Balinese teak wood stair treads. Bocani helped me make sure everything was done with precision.

Fantastic product, having never done railings, I was concerned as to whether I should attempt this on my own. After looking at the product on the website I figured I should be able to tackle this. I received the product and was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packaged. I installed a 3 piece railing system, stairs up/stairs down from a landing area and an open cross hallway and couldn't be happier, easy to install and looks great. I went with the black posts with 11mm stainless rods and stainless rail.

Self service order process was straightforward, order arrived quickly and installed with the aid of website videos, perfect. Easy to install and the railings look stunning. Would definitely use Bocani for future projects, many thanks to the Bocani team.

They designed a 14-step free-standing staircase for our Vermont house. It was like a suspension bridge. Not only did it bounce up and down substantially, each tread moved noticably side to side. It's not often that one writes a review for a company without having purchased their product, but Bocani deserves a favourable mention. We were in the market for a new staircase for our home renovation project and were quite interested in their modular metal stairs. During the pandemic, we have contacted many suppliers for all sorts of products, but none offered the level of service, speed of response, care of follow-up communication, or outstanding value as Bocani. Unrelated decisions made during our renovation caused our project to run well above budget and, regrettably, we had to forgo new stairs. Based on my experience, Bocani was impressive.

I emailed this company and asked if they could help me figure out if their product is within my renovation budget. They responded that their manufacturing time is 4-10 weeks... the person responding didn't even provide me their name.I then responded back that it was fine and asked for help with a sense of budget... they responded that they needed drawings for a quote.I responded back and said that I really didn't want a quote, just a sense of budget. So how about 10 lineal feet and a short staircase with 7 stairs. I said $3-$5k or $5k-$7k... or just some general way of determining if their product makes sense for my project.The ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to give me ANY number. So I have to go through this extensive effort to measure a huge number of railings in my 3100 square foot five level split just to find out if their solution is $5k or $30 or $50k.Completely dissatisfied. You'd think they would just pickup the phone. Terrible, terrible service.

Our experience dealing with this Canadian Company has been amazing. They were very responsive usually getting back to us with 24-48 hrs. Ordering was easy, I did have to pick up my order as the shipping cost to Ottawa was high, however they did replace parts at no cost and delivered them right to my door. We did have some issues during installation but Bocani worked with us to solve all of them. The finished project looks amazing, quality product, well made and looks fantastic. We have had lots of inquiries about the product, and we have referred them to the Bocani website
