Carman's Diner
Great dinner food and cute atmosphere with the juke boxes at the tables. Breakfast portion could have been a little bigger. Seafood chowder was great. Pie was delicious.

Love this diner. It's friendly, has great food and the atmosphere is perfect. The breakfasts are always hot and delicious. Not sure how they make the toast so perfect every time but they do!!

Went to Carman's for breakfast this morning and we were not disappointed. First off the service was excellent. Kept the coffee and juices topped off amd made sure to keep us updated on the food. The food did take a little while to get to us but no worries it wasn't anything exaggerated. Pancakes were amazing as was the ham steaks and bacon. Nicely done homefries with onions and the cranberry muffin was also pretty well done. They have put out the decorations for Christmas and it definitely adds to the atmosphere of the diner. An overall good experience that I would do again when I'm back in New Brunswick Canada.

Their warm and inviting service made me feel truly appreciated, despite my late arrival.As I sat down to enjoy my meal, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food. Each dish was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail, resulting in a culinary experience that exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich, the ingredients were fresh, and every bite was a testament to the chef's culinary expertise.What made the experience even better was the reasonable price at which this memorable dining experience came. I found the cost to be fair and reasonable, especially considering the high-quality food and the overall enjoyable atmosphere.In summary, my visit was a wonderful experience, from the friendly service I received upon arrival to the delectable food that satisfied my taste buds, all at a price that left me feeling content. I will definitely cherish the memories created during this visit and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

Friendliness of staff and my coconut shrimp appetizers were wonderful. My husband wasn't quite as thrilled with half of his hot meat sandwich plate. The sandwich itself was good, but the stuffing had too much sage in it, the mashed potatoes could have been more mashed, and the corn tasted stale. Lots of other menu options are available though, and the place is clean and has lots of history.

Absolute gem; the staff, owners and cooks are super pleasant and helpful. The food both breakfast menus and lunch/dinner menus have a great selection. The breakfast plates and piled high and delectable. I had the fish and chips and it was one of the best plates of this fish I've had out east.
