WOW! what an incredible experience dealing with Ash @ creative mortgages. You couldn't ask for a more personable care about you and your situation type of businessman. Ash was tentative to my Son who was a first time buyer walked him through the process time and time again was super patient and incredibly informative. All that being said he was fast efficient and worked hard to get Cole and myself the best deal on the mortgage. I highly recommend Ash Simpson!! Ashleigh is the absolute best! He isn’t just your average mortgage broker. He is more of a coach. He helped us improve our credit situation by explaining what we needed to do to accomplish it in a short period of time. He came up with numerous scenarios thereby giving us many choices. He talked us through all of them until we ended up making the right decision for us. We are so grateful to have dealt with him. Great guy, patient and knowledgeable - we would recommend him very highly.

10/10 would recommend! My situation was unique and Ash handled it with ease. There were a few delays caused by external agencies (no fault of his) and he was very gracious during my impatient episodes. Ash went out of his way to ensure we were treated fairly by the other agencies we worked with. I really appreciated his knowledge, experience and prompt responses. I will definitely be working with him in the future.
