Consistency is key I suppose. Every single time the service is found to be severely lacking. The staff clearly does not care or pay any attention to detail and it shows. Dairy Queen doesn’t not hold to standards or take pride in their service. Do better. Be better.

The lady I’ve spoken with twice now about the cake I’ve ordered has been very short, rude, and lazy. I was asking questions about designs and she was trying to end the conversations and not answering my questions. I was so close to hanging up, but this is the only place I know that has ice cream cake. I would highly recommend getting your cakes ordered from somewhere else, it’s not worth the stress and disrespect.

Ice cream hasn't been as cold as usual the passed 6 months, they once told me that the ice cream machine was broken. Six month update: ice cream still warm and too soft, starting to lose a loyal customer.Bought boxes of treats sometimes the ice cream did not seem fresh like it was on the shelf far too long, felt like no value for money

Every-time I order from dq they always seem to mess up my order or forget to add something to the bag. I like the food but if I’m constantly having things missing I think I can find a better restaurant to fit my needs.

I ordered dinner for 3 of us on friday. When I got home they missed the chicken strips for 1 combo. I tried to call there for 1 hour . The phone was busy.. I called there Saturday. The person I talked to took my number and said they would call me back..they didn't call so monday I called again. The woman I talked to was very rude and said she would get a manager to call. Again no call back. It is the poorest customer service I ever experienced

I am not much of a fan of their hot food, with a few exceptions of course. Dairy Queen is the best frozen dessert place i know. Milkshakes, Icecream Cones, Blizzards, Sundaes, Banana Splits, or Ice Cream Cakes. No matter what you choose you can't go wrong. I have not had any problems with the employees at this particular Dairy Queen. Friendly service and reasonable wait time.
