Parkway Dental

Thanks to everyone at Parkway!I had an extremely painful dental emergency and Parkway was able to fit me in on very short notice, even though I was not a patient there. They assessed me and completed the needed procedure within a few hours. I am now comfortable at home and very grateful for the way everyone took such great care of me!Jo Quinlan

Great dental office. Although having a fear of dentist my family was made as comfortable as possible at this office. We experienced nothing but extremely friendly and helpful service. We have felt they did not recommend unnecessary procedures which was not the case in a previous office we visited in Langford. We have dealt with doctors Laura Turner and Annie Pickering and both were very professional, friendly and thorough. All the other staff we dealt with was also lovely so we would definitely recommend trying this clinic!

My veneer fell off and Parkway Dental were able to see me the next morning. The place is lovely and friendly. Eva was wonderful as I am quite anxious about any medical type procedure and she explained everything and was very calming. Dr Mosco was incredible and also very patient and kind. I am going to sign up to become a regular patient and also sign my family up too. I would highly recommend this dentist office! Thank you.

My family has switched to this office and we are glad we did. Amazing dentists who care and are kind and take their time to make my anxious family feel safe and heard. They also use new technology like laser and are concerned with being good medical practitioners, not just doing the basic to get us out the door and bill us. They're clear about billing and always accurate. Nothing bad to report about this office at all.

I used to be very anxious visiting the dentist. That changed when I became a client at Parkway, they are all patient, genuine and make you feel right at home. Dr Capretz is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough with her work. She explains everything from start to finish and checks on you throughout the entire process. From what I’ve gathered, she wants to make sure everything is done perfectly and doesn’t settle for less! Thanks for being spectacular Parkway dental and Dr Capretz! You’ve made going to the dentist less daunting!

I changed dentist offices over a year ago because of an issue that was caused and not rectified by my past dentist. I was hesitant and a bit scarred by that experience but since I changed to Dr. Su at Parkway Dental I can say that's changing.To be a dentist you have to have the knowledge but to have the ability to listen to your patients and CARE is a skill not all have. I highly recommend Dr. Su because he is holds these skills.The other staff at Parkway Dental have been pleasant and professional as well.

Big thank you to Dr Mosco and staff.My daughter had broken her front tooth at school and they got us in last minute for an emergency fix. All done in one visit (within 2 hours of her knocking it out) I appreciate it more than I could put into words. Thank you so much - Jay

Great staff and amazing customer service. I saw Doctor C, the only female dentist and was very impressed by her knowledge, customer service and honesty. What a wonderful dentist. Extremely gentle and caring. Thank you Doctor C for being very compassionate and caring dentist. You Rock

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Mosco a couple of days ago. Overall, the office is very clean, with very friendly staff. Dr Mosco himself was excellent, as even though I had a couple of very difficult teeth, he was really on top of re-anaesthetizing me as needed and making sure I was okay, as well as getting the procedure done quickly.I do however have some suggestions as to how the clinic could improve overall from my experience. The staff-to-patient communication leading up to the appointment was pretty haphazard; I experienced a few issues and confusion regarding my sedation and appointment time. My biggest gripe is that I was extremely nervous and requested multiple times to multiple people that I receive the maximum amount of sedation possible" and was told I would receive oral sedation and laughing gas.I ended up only getting oral sedation
