Our family bought our upright from Mike's when they were on the Danforth, decades ago. It's still in great shape. Since then we continue to go to them for tuning and advice. Recently, we thought we needed a repair, but they suggested a pencil had fallen under the hammers. Turns out they were right. They could have kept that simple answer to themselves and charged to come and fix our stuck keys. Honesty like that is hard to find nowadays.
