They remember a face! That's a plus in my book. Ordering was a snap. Got what I wanted in no time. Definite improvement from my previous visits. Friendly salutations, a trip to any shop should be pleasant, this visit was.Will return.

Was alright. Definitely expensive and packaging is completely excessive. Selection was minimal but quality was great. If you can roll on your own do it. We wanted to get the full experience and had Jonathan roll one for us. It was a disaster. It was soo loose and he ripped apart our pack of papers we had to buy for the service. I absolutely hate having my papers torn apart for a filter. Worst part of the experience. If you can not roll get a rollling machine. It’ll be better then Jonathan.

Had my first two experiences here in the past week and I was completely blown away in the best way possible. Absolutely amazing customer service was the best part hands down. I unfortunately forget the name of the first guy I dealt with, however both him and Cameron (todays cannabis specialist) were outstanding and a treat to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I felt so well taken care of. The prices were reasonable and I love that they have a High Rollers Club" (amazing double play on words). You get 20% off your first purchase.... and then you can earn points for a whopping 75% off your average purchase. Definitely plan on switching my regular cannabis retailer after my experiences here this week. Five stars without question!! Already looking forward to my next visit!"

9 out of 10 times that I've been here, all I've succeeded in doing is wasting my bus fare, and my time. The selection is below average (at best) and they're always sold out, however they never have any indicators as to what's been sold out and what hasn't. Almost every strain is insanely overpriced, while the bud itself is seemingly bottom tier and comparable to potpourri. (Not to mention the plain packaging taste like it's been used as bedding in a petting zoo) Also, if you have a scale, make use of it because chances are you'll most likely be skimped out of some of the severely overpriced bud you just purchased. Do yourself a favour and avoid this location.

The staff I talked to were knowledgeable, as I am there more for CBG CBD CBN than THC. Prices are a tad higher than average.I can't seem to get a phone call through. Goes straight to voicemail and I've been trying for a couple days now.

Good place, line up was long (as to be expected). Would have been 5 stars but some of the prices are way to high. I wouldn't have an issue with the lineup but they only had 2 tills open (at one point) even though they had 4 tills. Other then that it was good atmosphere and helpful staff!

I came into the store hoping to find a specific product. As per usual since the store is crazy busy they were sold out (I buy one of their top sellers). A gentleman by the name of “Sam” showed me other products that were similar to the one I was looking for. I still wasn’t sure what to buy so he showed me the online store. This is why I was so happy with my service. Not only did he show me other products to purchase but he physically took me through how to order online just in case I wanted my specific product instead. He didn’t just point to the big screen and say “yeah it’s over there”. He made sure someone else was at the deal to help customers then he himself walked over and showed me how it all worked. It was excellent customer service! THANK-YOU SAM!!!! You were an amazing help!

This is a nice dispensary with its own line of products. Selection is good and staff are friendly.
