Went into the store today looking for 2 items. Emma saw me looking for something and helped me out. She was very honest and extremely helpful. The pants I wanted were sold out but she helped me find something similar so I can try on for size and order it for me.I really appreciated her help and attentiveness! Thank you Emma!

Some of the rudest, most arrogant and condescending staff. Their sizing may be more inclusive but their staff are far from it. I was there this past week, holding a ton of stuff to try on and several staff members walked right by me, not even bothering to even ask if they could take them from me and get a change room started. Whereas certain customers (certain sizes and races) were being given phenomenal customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I would give 0 stars if I could. And don’t bother emailing customer service to share your experience or trying to talk to a manager. They don’t care. I guess this is how they train their staff. No one cares about feedback or your store experience.

I recently shopped at this location and I just have to leave a review. I am so used to the Aritzia workers being so mean but Jess at this location is the sweetest most helpful person I’ve ever met! I am the most indecisive person and Jess was so patient and helped me style my whole wardrobe for a trip! I am 1000% shopping with Jess when I return.

Visited and bought from this store a couple times. There are some really lovely associates and some nasty ones with terrible catty attitude. I’ve worked at Aritzia years ago and the way they operate, it’s not a surprise that associates with catty attitudes thrives in this environment (lasted a month, such a terrible work environment).These two stood out the most:1. I asked for a size and they did not come back. When I was done, I asked if they found my size and the associate proceeded to roll her eyes and say we don’t have it. I checked myself instead….and they had THREE in stock2. I noticed the catty behaviour comes out when you’re asking for help about a smaller purchase item (ie. a tank top) but if it’s a coat, suddenly they’re sooooooo nice

I wanted to give a shout-out and thank you to Zoey! Every time I come in, she has a smile on her face and always goes above and beyond for me! She deserves recognition for all her hard work

The worst experience when compared to other locations and other retails at same mall. Staff having fake smile and annoying customer services. I love Aritzia but not this store, proper customer service training required for 90% of the staff there…

They have a terrible return policy. They say you can only exchange, no refunds allowed. Store service here is terrible. I placed an order at the store for an item to be shipped to me, but the next day wanted to make a small change to my order. Online support told me that the change could only be made in store. I called the store for 2 days but no one picked up. I had to go in person only to be told changes could not be made and they literally pushed me out of the way. I will never shop there again.A week later I went to the Scarborough Town Center location and had no problems making the exchange.

The only people who redeemed this store/brand was a young polite Caucasian sales clerk, a girl who let me know what her cardigan was called at the counter and I must say, 11/10 for customer service from Sandy at this location. Everyone else seems so arrogant and deliberately ignoring my family and I when we were looking for help. Customer service over 9000 from Sandy at this location and her help and tips.

I always come to this location people who work there are helpful and friendly, except the manager at the cash desk. She’s really rude and condescending. No smile, no greeting, and she is impatient when explaining the return policy. She needed better training or should be fired! Such an unpleasant experience.

This caucasian girl at the front was incredibly annoying. Demanded to know if we had gotten e-mails from them and then badgered us with a series of questions back to back and scoffed when we didn't answer to her liking. Chill, you and your store are not that important.
