Michigan Clear Water is a stellar company! MCW has been fulfilling our drinking water needs since 2019 at our office location in Livonia, and we never looked back to our old Culligan set-up ever again.John A., our account rep has been absolutely wonderful! He returns my calls in record time and has been instrumental in making sure we are set up right and everything runs well. We have not had a single issue with this service since the beginning. Michigan Clear Water and John have been amazing to do business with! Our dispenser is getting lots of use! Everyone loves how the water tastes, and it is so nice to not mess with plastic bottles anymore! The dispenser looks very nice in our showroom and installation was quick and professional. When our previous water provider was unable to supply our dental office with the quality of water we require, I reached out to John at Michigan Clear Water. John has been extremely helpful throughout the process of switching. Zach helped us with installation of our new water system and with any questions or concerns we had. We use Michigan Clear Water for our deionized water for all of our machines and we also have a water cooler for our staff. Very happy with the quality of service this company provides as well as the quality of water we have been provided!

Excellent! The machine provides cold water or hot(hot enough for instant coffee). I no longer have to shlep cases of water from the grocery store for our office. The customer service is great too! All around good purchase for us.

We have two clear water bottle less water coolers in our office and they are wonderful. They are touchless which is such a nice feature in our lobby for the patients and our staff loves have the one in the breakroom with both cold and hot water options. The staff at clear water are so friendly and helpful. They are a great company all around!

Michigan Clear Water provides a terrific service at a terrific prices. Our employees greatly appreciate the endless flow of filtered water available hot, cold, and tepid, and we added an ice maker as well. Their service team is both speedy and responsive - truly a great vendor partner.

We had issues with our company preferred vendor for water so I reached out to John at Michigan Clear Water and they were a pleasure to work with. Our water cooler machine was installed within a few days and it works perfectly! It even counts how many plastic bottles we have saved! I highly recommend Michigan Clear Water!!
