Children’s Village of Ottawa Carleton
Was excited to meet a home care provider near me for my child. Upon meeting the provider, I witnessed several safety concerns. I wrote an email to the supervisor of this home daycare asking for a phone call to discuss what I witnessed and my concerns. Not only did I not receive a call back but my email was never acknowledged. It’s been over a month. Do not send your children to Children’s village. It is clear they have no interest in following up with an eye witness to safety concerns.

We had a very bad experience as a family. The agency connected us with a caregiver assuring us that she was a qualified and experienced person to take care of children. On the sixth day of our son's attendance, they immediately" resigned from his care because he had "adjustment problems". Not to mention that my son got sick two days after attending and stopped going for more than 8 days. In reality

Excellent service provided by Gaye and the team. Connected us with a local home daycare provider who our son absolutely loves. They have monthly status reports and monitor all home providers regularly. Highly recommended.
