I was on my way out of town (moving) when I realized I didn't have the proper installation for the UHaul trailer to be plugged in. Ben's Service Station managed to fit me in and even offered to stay late so that I could be on my way ASAP. What an angel!

Same-day service, clearly identified the issue and only charged me for an hour of shop time to fix an exhaust issue. Very pleased with the service I got.

So I’ve had some issues with wheels and balancing at a previous shop - Today I had to scramble to find a Service shop that would take me in last minute to correct some issues. Just throwing this out there because I feel it’s important to recognize a good shop and good customer service! These guys at Ben’s Service Station LTD took full care of EVERYTHING and were not happy until I was happy. They made room for me in there packed schedule and went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU. Great service got us in right away when we were broke down

I had to stop on a trip due to a heat shield issue. The gentlemen there took my car right in and had it fixed within 10 mins! Great service at no charge. I would definitrly recommend this place. I wish they were closer to where I live!!

These are trustworthy, skilled people doing excellent work and I always know that they have my needs met. They are communicative, responsive and reasonable oriced and I highly recommend them.

The staff is friendly enough and when the work is done it is done well, but they are very unreliable. I had an inspection done here maybe four months ago. At the time, they didn't have stickers available due to the pandemic, so they told me they would give me a call when they had them available - in a month or so. So a month goes by, then two, and I've still not received a call, so I go in to see them, only to hear that they forgot about me. They verify my number, then tell me that they'll sort it out, and that i should expect a call within a week. I wait a week, then two, and I don't hear from them. I go back in, only to hear that they forgot again. They say they'll get a sticker for me, and I should expect a call tomorrow. Surprise surprise, no call. I go back in the next day, and the next, and the next, for nearly a week, and every time I'm told that they'll deal with it, but it's been nearly a month since my last visit and still nothing - I'm stuck driving with an expired inspection sticker despite having passed the inspection with no issues. As a separate issue, their reception and garage smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and that smell does get into your vehicle. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
