Peter Nikolovski Denture Clinic

This establishment is disrespectful and a disgrace to Kingston. My father recently went in for an appointment and was turned away because he was in his work attire. Mr. Nikolovski told him he would have to make another appointment because his chair was very expensive.

I attended this office with my friend today and witnessed very,very unprofessional behaviour from this denturist.I was shocked and tremendously disappointed in the level of service. After being made aware of his disgusting behaviour, he back peddled and offered money for the return of a partial denture he had made that did not fit properly. He then said his behaviour wasn’t our fault and that he had been at his job for too long and I agreed and told him it was time for him to retire.

So back story I was born missing 4 teeth entirely and I had a major major infection in my right lower jaw resulting in me losing all my teeth at 26 so I had a full set of dentures made well peter here went ahead and added these four extra teeth that I never had without telling me because he assumed that's what I would want. So I got them they are nice but they are to wide for my mouth and when I told him that he says that's just the way they are supposed to be I will have to get used to them no sir I did not pay 6400$ for you to make my dentures how you felt they should be made so now I have had them for 2 years and he won't fix them or even remake them the way I want them without these 4 teeth, so I payed 6400$ for man to make them how he felt they should be, and everytime I asked for those teeth removed I get told he can't because they are already done.

Things have not got better there. I had appointment asked if there was a charge for a consultation. He went on a tirade because I asked. He said a very small fee of 69.00, and I smiled and said that was not a very small amount of money to me these days. We repeated many times that we were happy to pay the fee and that we were just asking what the fee was.Peter I was never told of a charge nor did I mind paying. You went off the top, maybe you're under stress, but it speaks to your integrity that you are using this form to fabricate with your version of the truth not only from my review but from one that is 10 yrs old.Look, I hope you are everything that your friend wrote about you. Everybody can have a bad day and I encourage others to give you a try, but I also hope that you will do whatever you need to do to prevent that from happening to others because frankly it was very upsetting.
