You get what you pay for with this company! The 1010 sectional by Flair/Minhas furniture is one of the worst quality couches I have ever seen. It was dropped off without any assistance in Calgary. Upon opening I noticed multiple holes in the couch, the material was not even stapled to the frame in the corner of the sectional. I was told that the holes do not effect anything and that’s the way they are built, with flaws but good quality. I had to call Minhas myself to try to get it fixed/replaced. Minhas told me to deal with Jason and email photos of the damage. I was told after a few days that it will be replaced, I had asked Jason what I should sit on in the meantime as I have dogs, to be told to enjoy it for that time. Once he picked it up and brought it to Minhas I received a call from Jason telling me they won’t replace it because of dog hair, and that they said I was knit picking, and then I had to wait another day for repair, in which is arrived damaged again! Yes it was picked up and dropped off a few times, however outside of that I was insulted, called knit picky, that I did not know what quality was, said I was putting them through hell, and spoken over multiple times. Eventually I got a refund but only when I stated I would contact the news to warn other about this company. Do not recommend. Highly unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, narcissistic owner. Do not buy form this company or any product made by Minhas/Flair furniture.Update to owner response: My family and friends as well as other furniture stores already back me up on this and agree 100% . Apparently so do other reviews based on what I read here. I have text proof and recordings of our conversations for confirmation.Also Ashley Homestore makes there own furniture, the only thing that is imported is dining tables and coffee tables.

Prices are right. Our loveseat came with a pretty good scrape on the footrest. Ended up with a $125 refund that took 2 weeks to process. The sides of the couch were assembled backwards. Not a big deal but obviously a rushed delivery. If the furniture has a warranty you won't see it because nothing is in writing. Buyer beware! In response to owner: I may have had the option to exchange if I pressed the matter. I would have had to return it to you in Lacombe and pick up the new one. You strongly discouraged it. I should not have to fight for undamaged furniture that you OBVIOUSLY did not look over well or assemble correctly!

We ordered a sectional and gave deposit on October 28. It was a supposed to be delivered to Calgary and we were told it can take up to a month which was perfectly fine. I contacted them on Nov. 28 and I was told they do not have any other orders from Calgary so they cannot just deliver my order even though we are paying $100 for delivery. He told me they would be losing money this way so I just have to wait. The owner offered to send me my deposit back right away and was very arrogant and condescending about the whole situation. I told him I don't want the deposit back but I do need my sectional. He said maybe next week we will have few orders from Calgary, I will keep you posted. Never heard a word from him until Dec.20 when I contacted him again.....same as our previous conversation, he was being very rude right from the start. He told me he couldn't deliver my couches because November and December were very cold and their diesel trucks won't start. Now he was being caught up in his own lies, because that's not what me told me before. He was also telling me how he would lose money if he only delivered my sectional and how he needs to pay the drivers, etc.. I told him that's not my problem and I did not appreciate being lied to.I decided to take my deposit back and look somewhere else. We received the same sectional in a matter of two days.Check out Luxani Living on FB! They are amazing!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND Central Alberta Furniture Exchange TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE WAITING FOR DELIVERY. They will make every excuse in the book, twist and turn your words around, and manipulate the whole situation. Customer service at it's WORST, or better to say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. They will demand your deposit right away but you will end up waiting for your delivery for months and in the end they will tell you they can't deliver.

You get what you pay for. Regret cheaping out on one of their recliners as it is now bent and uncomfortable from my girlfriend sitting on it with me. Albeit this is not the proper function of a one person chair but still pretty weak and disappointing IMO. If I had my time back i would have spent more money elsewhere to get a higher quality chair with more integrity. Called to see if there was anything that could be done it was suggested that i try to fix it myself. Not very helpful. He was apologetic and made some suggestions to remedy the issue but they were things i've already tried, so basically got nothing out of reaching out to him. This bad review is mainly for the fact that i bought a new chair two weeks ago that is now messed up and uncomfortable. I understand the argument that it was my fault that this happened but i am still an unhappy customer.

Me and my husband ordered a sectional for our house and I can’t recommend them enough! Very polite and helpful! Waited only a few days for our couch to get in and picked it up with no problems! Plus the prices are amazing!

I was a little skeptical to shop here after seeing some terrible reviews but decided to try it out anyways. We bought the 6925 couch, very high quality and low prices! The price on the website was lower than the in-store sign and they honoured it. They were even able to deliver the same day. We are very pleased and would definitely shop here again! Highly recommend!

Not impressed. I called ahead of time to inquire about the delivery time on a couch. He says he can deliver tomorrow (Wednesday). I'm like great, I'm on my way to pick one out and pay for it. I drive 40 minutes only to be told that they can't deliver till the weekend and that the price of the couch has gone up. It's advertised online and right in front of me on the sign for 1099 and he's telling me it's now 1499. I said well can I not have it for the advertised price? He says no sorry. What kind of store is this? What a waste of my time. Do not shop here, it's a scam and run by very unprofessional people.

The other lower rated reviews are lies, these guys are friendly, no BS or pressure to purchase. Many many great options for sofas, chairs, beds! The prices hands down beat any city price. You can pickup a quality King size pillow top bed for under 500.00. 110% will be back for any other furniture needs.

We walked in and were greeted politely and allowed to browse on our own without being hassled. The pricing on everything was posted, matched the adds I had seen, and the 6140 U shaped sectional we bought was perfect. Only issue I felt was a price change on delivery options as compared to the in store and on line documents, all of a $20 change, and we were not getting delivery anyway. Easy to deal with, seems to be good quality so far, and I have no complaints. This is not your typical furniture showroom" like the big box stores. with inflated prices and overhead. I'd recommend them for your next purchase."
