Racism and Worst Experience I had at this location. Customer Rep Samantha was too proud to provide service when I showed up in the store for sending the parcel. There was no customer except me, STILL she refused to provide service after seeing my non-white color by saying she is too busy with her personal work that when she will find time she will seal the package for sending and asked me instead to drop my open parcel. I requested her to seal the parcel box in front of me and pass me tracking slip, but she refused to do so on insisting multiple times as well as taking responsibility of any missing item in the parcel if i leave it at her mercy. I was left with no option but to leave the UPS service center because of such racist and rude customer service. I will never use UPS service anymore after seeing UPS does not discipline its workers

The staff is always helpful in assisting me with any emails that I need to send out. Whatever Employment solutions that I need help with they are always there to help. I recommend any customer to go in asked for assistance with whatever they need done. The UPS stores are the best .

I had to send some urgent documents to a rural location in India. The rep assured me there would be no problem getting the documents there. My sister had sent documents using a different company and there was no issue so I thought UPS could do the job. They even assured me the documents would get there faster. Well I get a tracking message saying that UPS doesn't deliver to rural locations. My father, who's 85 years old, had to run around and travel to a whole different city to pick up the documents. I've called UPS corporate and the store over 10 times now requesting a refund. They keep expecting me to be the middlemen to facilitate the refund, why can't they just communicate with each other? I finally got corporate to process a refund after 4 months but still haven't recieved the money. I don't have any issues the staff at the store. They have been trying to help.

The Bowmanville UPS store is amazing. The staff are helpful and they offer so many services! I feel like an important customer when I enter this store. I have used them for delivery and printing services and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. With my most recent print job, they spent time with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The price was very, very affordable too! Keep up the great work, I will be sure to visit you for all my printing and shipping needs!

Superb personal service and problem solving. There was confusion via the UPS online system over the commercial invoice" needed for me to send personal documents internationally. Georges was super helpful

Visited this store last Friday about an hour before closing after having no luck at 3 other printing shops to get some stickers printed. The young man was super helpful and was able to deal with my request. An elderly gentleman also needed help getting a large heavy box out of his car and he helped him with no hesitation. I'm sorry I forgot his name, but his customer service is top notch! Will definitely be back often. Much appreciated
