The Wyckham House is located on the north corner of the MRU campus, close to west gate. Hours may vary at times based off MRU holiday/curriculum scheduling. We’re a Canadian fast food restaurant chain, famous for our Japanese food which we cook fresh on our teppan grill with our signature teriyaki sauce. I went to go ask for a plastic bag for my friend and got told “no for customers only”, which would be fine but the lady was extremely rude. Went back to my friend only to look back and see the lady and her coworker talking about me and my friend. Honestly hope they both get fired for horrible horrible customer service, will never be coming back here otherwise. Would give 0 stars if I could, not the first complaint about these workers either.

The guy who cooked the food didn't offer me a lid for my chikcken yakisoba. I had to ask him for it. This happened twice in 2 weeks and doesn't make sense.They never offer any bags when they hand over your food. We are not animals.I asked the cashier for 2 scoops of sauce but got none. The guy didn't even ask me how many scoops I want. I had to gonthere twice and get it myself again.They are also overcharging students now. What costs 12$ is now costing over 15 $

There is a really rude lady that yells and screams at me when I asked for some napkins but , because “I didn’t buy from there”. She would say “ NO NOT FROM ME LEAVE GO GO GO” “GO GET AWAY NOW GET AWAY”. Yesterday I decided to give one more chance and when I would try to order I didn’t feel a good vibe. She was appealing to me like she wasn’t happy, even mad at me for no reason, when I never did anything to her. Overall my experiences with that store is terrible 1 star.

Really rude people working there. I ordered through doordash and didn't get 2scoops of teriyaki as I selected from the option. I called them and talked in a calm way as I know that mistakes can happen especially on lunch time where it gets busy. Instead of apologizing all I heard was I am not going out there to give you another scoop" which I am not asking from them. Even told me tocall doordash and complain to them as I ordered through them and told him it's not their fault as they do the delivery only. He laughed at me and said goodbye and ended the call. Worst service I ever experienced!"

the lady at the counter is extremely rude. terrible costumer service and used the word “bullshit” when communicating with me. i never leave reviews but this warranted one. never ordering from this place.

I don’t know why these people continue to treat their customers so poorly. I often find them rude but like the food so I go here often. I asked for a container today and they yelled at me saying since I didn’t buy anything I couldn’t have it. I even asked if I could pay for it since I desperately needed it. The man yelled and said don’t come back here and snatched the lid out of my hand.All the comments and reviews are similar at this place and I don’t know how they still work here. Unbelievable.
