Absolutely abysmal customer service. Avoid this place like the plague, the owner/manager should be ashamed of himself for the way he treats customers. I've seen this in the past and thought it was a one-off, but apparently it's a pattern. We arrived to drop off our son at his friend's party, only to discover it had been canceled at the last minute. Management had decided not to honour the discount they had promised because our host hadn't put a deposit down. (This was because she had been unable to make a deposit because their system wouldn't allow it.) But instead of being reasonable and giving the discount anyway, the manager told her she couldn't have the room anymore. Even after she agreed to pay full price, he remained defiant. Picture it: we've all got our kids ready to go into a party, and this guy just unilaterally decides it's not happening. When mom tactfully protested, his response was to call the cops. There must've been a good reason, you're probably thinking. Nope. Completely unwarranted, unjustified, embarrassing, and traumatic for the kids. Book your party anywhere else.

This is the most horrible and disappointing place to have birthday parties or take kids to. Attending kid’s friend’s birthday party and only to realize it got cancelled last minute. The male manager with red hair does not know what is customer service. Our host booked online and the website said that someone will call to collect deposit but nobody did. When our host tried to show him that she did not receive any phone call nor can she find anywhere on the website to put down deposit, the manager maybe realize that they forgot to call her and became very aggressive and started shouting at us and asked us to leave. He even came out from the counter and PHYSICALLY VIOLENTLY PUSHED our host (that bad mannered manager was 2-3 times bigger than our host) and screamed that he would call the police. He pushed her in a harsh way that she almost fell down and he did this in front of the mother’s kids and kids’ friends. There were other audience there observing this incidence. Our host did not scream at all while he did. We 120% wonder if this guy has problem controlling his temple and attitude and this kind of action would put kids and women or whoever not his size in danger. Two other male friends of our host engaged without touching the manager and asked him to take hands of her. The manager did not apologize and asked another employee to call RCMP while they are the one who cause all the problems. The RCMP arrived and when they understood the situation, both officers agreed that the manager conducted an ILLEGAL physical touch on our host and handle our situation in a totally wrong way on a FATHER’S DAY and KID’S BIRTHDAY. On their website, they mentioned that we are valued customer while the way they treated us was WASTED IDIOTS. I saw the owner’s rude response in another witness’s post and would like to ask if they would be brave enough to show their video public about this incidence today. PUSHING A MOTHER WHO IS TOTALLY TOO WEAK FOR YOU IS NOT SOMETHING A HUMAN WOULD DO!!! Avoid this place! You have got a lot of alternatives to celebrate birthday or have fun. This is horrible.

This place is fun for kids but the customer support lacks !You can’t call this place for immediate support. You have to send an email and wait the day for a response. This is a huge facility and customers should be able to talk to someone. I want to book a birthday room for the same day and can’t wait for a response. I recommend better support for same day bookings

Fun experience with friends. Staffs are nice and clean environment. There's a bit danger hazard of how your jump skills is, or new to this place. Free parking available on site.

It is a dangerous place for kids. You can get injured easily. The manager with red beard was extremely rude and kept yelling at everyone. That dude can benefit from anger management. There was also a guy died playing there few years ago. Play at your own risk.

One of the kids in my group cut her foot with a piece of glass in one of trampoline areas and the handling of the facility was poor. No proper first aid kit and was told it was for staff only. For what they charge they should have more staff on and actually monitoring as people go in and out trampoline areas to ensure no dangerous/sharp items are brought in.

Very unorganized at the front and confusing right when you enter. If you are sensitive to smell, it smells nasty. The foam pit stinks, and it smells like smelly feet throughout the place. Stuff wasn’t very nice when we wanted to try to the rock climbing section. The gentleman helping us looked like he was in a bad mood cause he wouldn’t even explain how to use the area. Kept going on his phone as we were climbing. I realized I was scared of heights as I tried to climb. And because the worker was so absent and not supportive. I didn’t even bother giving it a chance. Wouldn’t recommend honestly. If anything, maybe try a different location to see if you’d have a better experience.

We went on a quiet day and only a few people were playing. The young gentleman at the front was courteous and helpful, facility was clean and we enjoyed our time there.

I had the worst experience possible here. I broke my ankle when I fell into the foam pit, not knowing that there is a hard angled board below.After letting them know about the incident and sending an email about the incident, they have completely ignored my comments about safety and didn't even have the courtesy to respond. If I had hurt myself on a trampoline, I would have felt it was more my fault but this is something that the facility should address on their end for the safety of customers.Thanks to this incident, my life (and my family) has been forced to completely change. I had to get surgery and will be on crutches and won't be able to walk for at least 3 months.
