Chain store carrying lots of oriental produce and delicacies. They even carry live spot shrimp from Vancouver these days. They also sell frozen Chinese dim sum.

I originally tried pastries from this shop because my boyfriends family purchased them, but now we go every time we have the opportunity. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, and the owner is very kind.

$10 a box of three: lotus, green tea and cherry blossom. It is expensive comparing to most of bakeries. But both the apprentice and taste are special. Not daily bread kind of food for sure. Good as a gift for the ones we love and once in a while luxury afternoon tea/coffee time for ourselves.

One of an our favourite Chinese sweet treats. If you have a sweet tooth, try some other non-traditional, like taro, green tea and lotus seed desserts. All delicious!!

Simply delicious. We love the pastries here because they have a great variety some are little salty and others are more sweet. My favourite is the green tea and purple yam pastries. Sometimes they close on Tuesdays so give them a call to make sure.

Food is okay but the order taker/cashier was super rude. I understand that English might not be her first language but to make me feel bad for not knowing how to speak in Mandarin?!? I guess this place only serves Mandarin speaking people. Last time I will be coming here.This is at the First Markham location
