If your not brown or Muslim don't bother going here they spend more time talking to friends. they make costmers wait 45 min even if there no one in front of you there prices are way to expensive. in short avoid this place

This is an exceptional pharmacy and I’ve only had great service there— especially during this whole pandemic crisis. I felt super safe going and getting my meds through the non-contact pick up idea that they have there.

This is great Pharmacy. Very beautiful inside, with very inviting colour scheme. The owner and pharmacist is a very friendly person. All the staff are super friendly and caring to the patients. What i like about this pharmacy is that they have a little shop that you can buy everything else from hand creams to soap and dental hygiene products.

The pharmacist and staff here are super warm and friendly. I have only had my medications there a short while but already they have gone above and beyond with their customer service. It has been a very warm and caring experience. I would much rather give my business to a smaller place like this that has awesome personal care for each customer than to a huge S Drug Mart" that pumps out volume and could care less about you. Love this place!"

I called in advance and picked up my medications and it was done super swiftly! The COVID pandemic is new to everyone and it’s especially a tough situation for healthcare workers/pharmacists who want to make sure you get your medications safely. They did such a good job making sure of this! Very friendly and kind! I went to the Metro pharmacy before that and the pharmacist there slid my stuff across the counter that all the patients touched, and they weren’t even wearing gloves nor masks! So I’m very impressed with Luna Rx’s practices and service! They’re the real heroes of the London community.

Very friendly when I went in there several months ago.However, had a prescription filled there recently. I spent 5 minutes explaining to the person on the phone how insurance worked (shouldn't have to explain COB, but I did anyway) and they submitted it INCORRECTLY anyway, causing me to pay 50% out of pocket (with COB I should have paid nothing). Because the medication is for an infant, of course I just had to take it and go, because due to COVID they don't even allow anyone inside, they hand everything around the door (awkwardly) so I can't go in to have them fix it. Which is funny, because when I mentioned delivery/ contactless acquisition of the medication, and I live TWO blocks away (and they supposedly offer delivery), even in this COVID time we live in they just said so you will pick it up?" twice when I asked for delivery.... Now I have to spend the time calling BOTH insurance companies to have the problem fixed. Disappointing
