Her customer service was amazing. i needed a new pair of glasses urgently. i got my eyes checked on saturday and they were ready for pickup on Tue. I am a indecisive person. choosing the frame is not easy and takes a long time for me. she recommended some frames that suit me and I really like her recommendation. my new glasses are my fav so far! her responses on text messages are quick and she takes care of her customers even after picking up the glasses to make sure if they are comfortable or there are any issues. my husband also bought his fist glasses here and he loves them. not only he likes the style of the glasses but also they are very comfortable and fit him so well. we are going back to her for my next ones for sure. she is professional with lots of experience. highly recommend

This is the fourth store I stopped by to buy sunglasses in Toronto. In the meantime, I've experienced a lot of failures buying sunglasses, so I didn't want to buy them in Toronto anymore.However, I had the best experience here. Sally Kim correctly identified my needs and honestly but kindly recommended sunglasses that fit me. Also, when I asked a lot of questions, she explained it professionally.My husband also bought glasses here and is very satisfied. Broke my frame but like to keep the blue light filtering glasses as I used it about 5months. I asked Sally if it would be possible to change a frame and she was trying her best and showed me some frames. Thankfully, I found good one from Hazzys. The frame is gorgeous, strong and I love it so much!!!She re-shaped the glasses and disinfected my glasses several times!I strongly recommend this J.Vision and make sure you need to make an appointment! She is so nice and kind!!!God bless.

The store was super clean and cozy. Even though it was my first purchase of sunglasses, I didn’t need to be confused while choosing the right one among the variety of glasses since Sally already selected the ones that might have suited me. All I had to do was to try them on and see how they looked. It was so quick, effortless, and reasonable. I will visit again and recommend this place to everybody I know!

Sally Kim is very knowledgable when it comes to all of her products including the Korean glasses which are hard to find in Canada. It was a pleasant experience visiting, as she helped finding the style I wanted and gave me numerous options available. I didn't know anything prior to visiting and she really took the time to explain, choose, and provide honest opinions on what is more suited for me which I really appreciate.
