Guardian - Preston Medical Pharmacy

I decided to switch to this pharmacy from a Rexall location a couple months ago after moving to Little Italy - little did I know this would be one of the best decisions I've ever made for my personal health.I'm not sure what I thought the pharmacy experience was *supposed* to be, but this has exceeded my expectations.It's a local business, run by a kind couple - Mona and Raymond - who clearly take great pride in caring for their clients.Mona always takes the time to ensure that I fully understand what type of medicine I've been prescribed, how to safely use it, and how to navigate possible side effects. She is also proactive in reaching out to notify me once I've received a new prescription - something I've never experienced at larger chains.Navigating our bodies' unexpected turns can be a scary experience, but I know that I'm being taken care of here; And I really think what it all boils down to is that they treat their clients like people; not customers -- but their own patients. Which is why when I inevitably move from the area, I'll definitely be keeping this place as my home location.10/10 would recommend switching here if you live in the area.

Mona goes above and beyond to take care of me whenever I come in. I continued coming here even after I moved farther away because I trust her. You will not find a more caring, diligent, and genuine pharmacist in the city. I'm so thankful for everything Mona has done for me.

This is an absolutely wonderful pharmacy. Everyone is attentive, dependable, empathetic and very polite. The pharmacist exhibited flexibility and resourcefulness a number of times. It's been 2 years since I moved away from Little Italy to another neighbourhoods but I continue to use this pharmacy. The service is simply the best!

Switched to this pharmacy a year ago. The difference between my previous location to this one is night and day. Wonderful, caring staff. Wait times for prescriptions is only a few minutes…I used to have to come back an hour later at other pharmacies.

Go here! Fantastic customer service and no wait times. I got my covid shots here and switched my prescription from Shoppers. Cannot recommend this place enough

amazing pharmacy!! The pharmacist Mona is very caring towards me, and those I know who have gone here. The team goes above and beyond expectations, and deliver an incredible amount of information. By far the best pharmacy I've experienced. You can tell that the staff are passionate about their work and have yet to disappoint me.

I have never thought too much or cared strongly about which pharmacy I used but when I needed a new one closer to home, several people were quick to recommend this one -- for good reason! Mona and Rimon are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. I have felt cared for and supported by them from the first phone call I made to switch things over. It's an errand I look forward to running! If you're looking for a new pharmacy, choosing this small local spot is a great decision.

Out of all the pharmacies I've been to Best pharmacy in the city in my opinion! Husband and wife run, both very knowlegeable and friendly. they treat you like a person not another prescription order and don't try to hurry you off if you have any question for anything they are always happy to help. I also got to say very well stocked with a little of everything for their little shop set up they have.
