Absolutely the best experience with a brand dealer I've EVER had! Everything from the word go was hands down a 5 star experience. Chose the used vehicle we were after, and they had the entire process wrapped up in 2 days. Amazed at the accessories pricing, the roof racks I wanted were 340 dollars cheaper at Volvo, than the CapIt Thule dealer. Also our salesman Trevor threw in some pretty nice extras. Barely used winter Michelin tires, and a completely new set of rims with quality tires. I've always been a fan of Volvo and now I will be a customer as long as I'm driving vehicles. Thank-you to Trevor, and everyone else who helped us into our dream car.

We experienced extraordinary service at Valentine Volvo.We began testing cars at different dealers and had shocking service at some. At one dealership they asked if we intended to buy a car the same day. When we responded “NO” the sales person lost interest and said that’s all the cars I have for you to test.Our experience at Valentine was totally juxtapose to our past.Shannon was patient ,explaining all the different models they had. He suggested we test various models such we understand the feel for the car that should suit our needs and desires. There was absolutely no pressure. In fact he recommended we take our time deciding.This gained our trust and we felt comfortable with our purchase of the XC60 T6 Inscription.When we picked up our vehicle again much time and patience was taken while explaining all the features and settings the car had. Mila assisted us with all the settings .We were invited back in case we had any other questions or concerns. I would recommend Valentine Volvo if you need a new car. It is by far the nicest drive we experienced for the price.

I'm in Ontario and bought a CPO V60 from Valentine Volvo. From the first point of contact with Shannon to their assistance post-delivery, they have been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to deal with. Shannon was upfront, honest and was excellent in communicating all the details. I felt assured throughout the entire purchasing process even though I had never met him or even seen the car in person. I also dealt with Yuan and Rebecca for the paperwork and my experience was the same. When I realized I was missing the vehicle registration, Rebecca promptly got a new copy from the registry office and sent it to me in the SAME morning! I can only hope all my future experiences with dealerships will be the same as Valentine's. They have certainly set the bar for service. Thanks for making my first Volvo experience a real pleasure.
