BEWARE! We had Crosby build a water feature, 2 gate walls, a retainer wall and landscape our front yard to grade away from our house. All projects have flaws, that he hid from us so he could get paid. His equipment is old and poor quality and I question if he has insurance so ensure you ask for his insurance papers before he does work. Make sure you have the contract in writing and signed. Buy your own materials as his suppliers are 50% more then anyone else. Have the project inspected before you pay the final bill as he is very good at covering up issues and mistakes. He does not answer the the phone after he is paid. We have a neighbor that has similar problems with Crosby Rampton.

They did the pavers for our inner driveway and it looks absolutely beautiful. His quote was spot on and he was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
