Dr. Layth Dental
It was an excellent. I did not have to wait very long. Each person I interacted with were respectful and professional while making me fill welcome. Coriane who did the X-rays was efficient and courteous. She helped my stress level to go down. Dr. Adam Chapnick was personable and very clear. He delivered my results in a positive, personal and clear way. At the last step with Sarah, she was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I hope to make this my dental home.

Very friendly knowledgeable and efficient dentistry. They have payment plans to fit my budget, that was as important as getting a dental implants. Dr Adam is very professional and to the point. I wanted 4 dental implants and ended up getting just 3, Adam convinced me that one of my teeth was still in good enough condition so we saved it and did some touch up (filling + veneer) on it. Other 3 teeth unfortunately had to go, but Adam did everything smoothly.

On Friday I was in full dental distress! My wisdom tooth with a crown on it, was causing so much pain! so much pain! That it was bringing me to my knees! My regular dentist was still on vacation and I spent the entire morning in pain, trying to find a dentist, and after calling 4 or 5 clinics I ended up at Molson Park office! From the very first person I spoke with to the very last person i spoke with out the door, everyone was tremendously empathic, and helpful. They told me to come in right away! When i got there the wait was maybe 15 minutes to see someone, by this time, for those who have experienced this kind of pain, tears was welling up and it was excruciating! The dentists acted quickly, x-rays, identified the problem with my explanation of what was hurting. Being a bit uneasy with needles, i was so glad to see that needle for numbing solution!! Once they determined they had to extract the wisdom tooth, then it was on! Long story short! They pulled it! the dental staff was incredible! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

My 16 year old son had gwo teeth missing after a game and another hockey mom recommended me to go to this doctor. His teeth are fully restored now, all thanks to Dr. Chapnick and his team.

The entire staff was friendly and patient. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and didn't even take a week for me to be seen for the first time. Ambrene was awesome! She did a fabulous job cleaning my very stained and sensitive teeth. She was able to make me feel quite comfortable with her easy going banter and beautiful laugh. Dr. Chapnick was also very kind and pleasant. All of my questions were answered in a way I could clearly understand and examples were provided. I definitely will be back to this facility and highly recommend it to others.

I'm confused how this office is showing a 5 star review?About a year ago I saw a few bad reviews, I'm not sure how they were able to delete negative reviews.. *(Edit: see bottom re: reviews)*Anyhow, I now have to write a review of my own (hope it stays).A year ago, I was in need of an emergency root canal & appointment options were limited, so I went here after seeing the high star review (without opening to see there were in fact some negative & most of the positive were from 'questionable accts', with 1-3 reviews meaning they could've been created by the company to improve the rating which is unfortunate & dishonest but it happens, tho I wasn't aware at the time). The staff are kind & welcoming, as is Dr. Chapnick initially, but pay close attention & ask questions, be assertive as you're the one living with it.Please BE CAREFUL, vigilant & listen to your intuition. My root canal cost just over $1500 (sadly, no insurance) which is a lot of money for a single person. I took out a loan to pay them & I made it clear that I wasn't wealthy & wouldn't have the extra $1000+ for a crown.Unfortunately, he didn't do a thorough job & that tooth is now falling apart after a year!! I have another root canal from over six years ago (different dentist) that is still fine, without a crown! He also left a nerve/root exposed so I still had feeling in that tooth (should not be the case at all!). So I returned TWICE to ask him to check & correct it. But he just shaved down that tooth enough so it wouldn't touch the tooth below & cause discomfort every time I closed my jaw. Which, honestly was pretty sneaky & shameful. Especially considering I paid over $1500 cash for that root canal!! There should not be any roots or feeling & he should have used the better product to do the fill. Also, adding insult to injury I had to pay for BOTH visits following the procedure (approx.$120/ea) even though HIS ERROR brought me there. The complete apathy & disregard for me as their patient is evidence that they're a business first & foremost with no concern for 'repeat clients'.I just want to say, pay close attention when dealing with Dr. Chapnick..My anxiety (especially in a dentist chair) is so intense that I couldn't argue with him so each time I just said thanks, paid the bill & left. Now, a year later here I am. So, please be careful, confident & assertive.& best of luck.Take care.Sorry for this novel sized review.. I tried to summarize.PS: I learned why all the negative reviews have gone. They changed the name! Actually, they have a few different listings for the SAME clinc: Dr Chapnick Dental Clinic" & "Dr. Adam Chapnick" & "Molson Park Dental" are some I saw with a quick search.. I'm assuming that every time the reviews become negative he renames/relists

I came in on a Saturday with no appointment, after a dentist at another practice did a poor extraction job on me. They fit me right in and saved the day. I really appreciate the dentists here, especially Dr. Chapnick. The assistants are very kind as well. Thank you so much guys!
