Love nail &spa

Good experience both times so far here. Quick service but not rushed. Really nice selection for colour. The girl who did mine the second time was younger and very thorough. Pride in her work, loved my nails.

1 star just because I don’t feel like this salon is the cleanest. The overall service was good and the girls are talented, but they need to improve their disinfectant and cleaning procedure. I witnessed a couple things that concerned me during my service.

Went for a pedi and gel refill and the one of my nail was broken and the lady instead of putting on a new nail she used a paper and the gel to make a nail...if was awful and broke..most of the nails were cracked and had weird shapes when she was done filing...it was awful...then I got sent to another lady to finish off and she did a good job but the shellac is coming off at the moment so duno if it's really shellac and they put no gel under my nail to shape it..one week later and most of my nails are cracked and broken

Went here to get a 30$ mani. Girl finessed me when I asked for a design that was MINIMAL and she added gems and pizzazz and ended up costing me 70$ at the end and i was frazzledddttt. I didn’t ask for the gems and the extraness and she could’ve at least told me it was extra (and a few gems literally fell off later in the day) so yeah there’s that! the 3 is bc they were hella busy so I felt bad lol

I had a pedicure and manicure done. The sign said mani and pedi 35 dollars. While I was getting the pedi done I asked if I could add shellac to my mani and that I would just pay extra for the shellac. She said yes. I had my shellac manicure done. While getting my manicure done I noticed that there was a smudge on one of my toes from when she put my shoe on. She hardly waited for the nails to dry and then tried to put my shoe on. She touched up my toe nail. But didn’t put on another top coat of clear. I had to do that when I got home. You can still see the spot that she “fixed”. My manicure could have been a lot better. She scraped the skin off one of my fingers while filing the top of my nail and the shellac polish is not even on some nails. You can feel the bumps in the polish and you can see it when the light hits it. After all this I go to pay thinking it was 35 and maybe 10 dollars extra for the shellac I was told my total was 63 dollars. I asked why and she said it was 55 plus tax. I tried to explain what I thought I would be paying but the language barrier was so bad it was pointless. She should have told me the cost would have been 30 bucks more than I thought I was going to be paying. So messed up and poorly fixed pedi and an uneven bumpy shellac mani and being way over priced I don’t think I will be returning.

Paid $50 for a refill & nails got recked within 2 days ! Ended up paying $90 for my nails in the past week. Avoid this place at all cost!

Pedicure was extremly brief. They used bunch of products on my feet and did not scrub or do anything to clean my heels .. the lady did attend to couple couple of my specific requests on my toes .. but other than that they did bot do anythinv … it was not worth the price or my time.

Not the quality expected not clean work. :(The lady who did it for was in a hurry idk y.Not coming back again

Went here for a pedicure for the 1st time. It was am amazing experience. The ladies are so friendly. The pedicure was the best I've ever had!! I will definitely be returning. I love that this place does not smell like a typical nail salon as well.Upon coming a second time I am changing my review to 2 stars. The water was lukewarm at best I asked for it to be hotter and there wasnt much difference in temperature. The pedicure felt rushed. There was a lady who was there before me and I was finished before her. I came with someone else who got a manicure and a few of her nails were crooked! Maybe I just came on a off day or something I dont know, but I won't be coming back for a 3rd time.

My experience here was terrible.It was my first time trying this nail salon as I am new to the area.First the lady who did my feet put my foot in ice cold water, i asked for shellac and was only give one color swatch for an option, so i chose a color based off my options. Then i asked the nail tech to add some acrylic to the corner of my nail(as I stubbed my toe and one of my toe nails chipped) and then shaped it square, she added the gel and shaped it round.I made sure to show them before i paid and asked if I could come back the next day to have it fixed as I was not satisfied. I came back the next day to fix (I get someone else) and was asked what color I used, I was given a large selection of shellac swatches with colors I would have preffered. I asked why I was not given these swatches and they said it is my responsibility to ask for more color options. She was unable to find the matching color and painted my large toenail a different color.I said to them they should paint them all a different color as I found a color that I would have preferred if I was given the option when I first came. They said that was not an option and that I would have to pay $27 to change the color. They try to match the color and can not find the color match, i get frustrated and ask her to remove the color. She says it was not her work and it is not her responsibility that if I go anywhere else they will not fix it for me, and I then ask her if she thinks its right to send me out with 2 different colors on my nails or no color on my nails at all after I already paid for a reg manicure, shellac pedicure and acrylic on one nail. She says I am not her customer as I am rude and she does not need to fix it. I get them to call the boss to explain the situation and she tells them to change the color. Customer service is terrible here, I will not be returing.
