They overcharged for fuel, we only drove 60km and put 40$ worth of gas in with our own money to make up for the gas we used. And then charged an extra 40$.. there’s no way 80$ worth of gas was used for 60km. The owner didn’t understand this. What was supposed to be a rental for maybe 100$ turned into 300$ real fast.

As a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, they do not have a big sign like U-Haul storage locations. But you can easily spot the fleet of U-Haul trucks and trailers at a distance from the highway.The owner is very helpful. It was my first time to tow a trailer and he is very patient to answer my questions. I had trouble free towing for thousands of kilometers. His dog is very friendly too!I appreciate the owner's dedication to run two businesses at the same time.

-5 star. Uhaul is putting their reputation down by giving these guys the agency. Liers, over billed for anything they can. The guy named Patt is very rude towards people. Please take photos before and after, they 100℅ over charge you for fuel, cleaning fee, dolly and miles. Never coming back here. Uhual please give your agency to someone else

Writing this publicly.We rented a 15ft truck just to move our snowblower from one to another using ramp.When we return the truck, the guy named Patt overcharged me for the dolly which we never used plus he charged us for the 21 litre fuel 40$ extra when we filled up the gas before dropping.The most important thing is these guys don’t clean their truck roof with snow and we were almost in an accident situation after pulling the brakes and all the ice / snow came down in front of truck.Money is not the issue but this guy is rude and racist towards people coming in from outside of the town and we checked their reviews. Its the most pathetic customer service anyone can provide.He blocked my number when i was trying to call them. Uhual should definitely change their agency to someone else or keep draining their reputation and image with these guys

Awesome U-Haul! Super professional, tidy and had plenty of lights to see where you’re going and an actual box to drop the keys!

If I could give zero stars I would - their customer service is beyond abysmal and they outright gouge you on their extra charges. They said to bring it back with a quarter tank of gas but then charged a refueling fee when we did so, for leaving something in the truck (a small piece of wood) they charged a cleaning fee, and this was after the AC also wasn’t working on the vehicle. Then the service was some of the rudest I have ever received. We occasionally rent for work and will be taking our business elsewhere and recommend anyone else do the same.

Customer service at it's worst.Young kid who works there needs to be dealt with. Buisness supposed to open at 0800hrs, yet that little bully pulls in parking lot at 0805hrs then opens the door at 0810hrs. I go in and he looks at me and goes What

A business who's owner refuses to pay a $450 vet bill after his dog viciously attacked a service dog, is a business that does not deserve to be supported. Shame on Pat Corkum for his cowardly inaction and refusal to take responsibility. This a dog who clearly should not be around other animals. Shame.

Shameful owner who's dog viciously attacked a service dog at this business and refuses to pay the vet bill. Guaranteed if the shoe was on the other foot he'd be crying out for compensation. It's dog owners like him who give other dog owners a bad reputation. Where is his accountability!? I've heard lots of bad things about Mr. Corkum and the way he treats clients. This does not surprise me.
