Needed a new run capacitor for my furnace. Very impressed to receive a call less than an hour after I placed my website order that I could come pick it up. On a Saturday no less. Great job, and thank you!

Best place to get the part. Other places were trying to charge me 4-5 times the price. Easy to contact, and fast service. They came on the same day. Would recommend!

My furnace pressure switches failed to work properly. I called Furnace Parts Ottawa in late afternoon and Matt arrived with the parts a few hours later. He did some tests on my furnace, installed the new switches and was very generous with his time to explain technical details about my furnace. He is very well trained, polite and punctual. The price was very reasonable too!I recommend Furnace Parts Ottawa to all my friends. Apparently they install furnaces too at a very competitive price!

Excellent, reliable and fast service; after waiting 2 days for a part quote from another local company, I was lucky to find Ottawa Furnace Parts, bought the part and included installation online, asked also for a quote for an adjacent service, all inquiries were responded immediately, technician came in just 3 hours and fixed my furnace with great attention to detail; they receive training directly from manufacturer, good technicians, provide correct and detailed answers, they are better in order to repair your furnace fast and at a decent price, as opposed to other companies that after 2 days of waiting they send me quotes for a new furnace...; they provide all required services, I found out including new furnace installation if required, but better equipped technically in order to help people to repair properly their existing furnace. Most important: they do not add fuel surcharge, or after hours extra-charge, like others; and they labour charge is also less than the others.

Above and beyond!! The technician came 2 hrs after I called, didn't charge extra for the after hours, had the furnace running again in no time and charged as quoted if the problem was inline with the situation as I described. Wow!! I called several places, this company was by far the best in service, price, timeliness, and results. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Splendid !!! My a/c capacitor decided to die overnight (Sunday morning), right in the middle of this heatwave. Called Ottawa Furnace Parts and Matt confirmed he had the part available (and for a very reasonable price too, just a few $$ more than Amazon). His wife personally delivered it WITHIN AN HOUR to my address FREE OF CHARGE on a Sunday morning ! Answered their phones on a Friday evening and were willing to arrange pickup that same evening so that I could get my AC running. Excellent service.

My AC stoped working. I called a few companies and no hope. I called the technician and he came quickly to inspect it. With his recommendation, we ordered the part from their Website and the part was at my door the same day! Job done in the fastest and cheapest way I could imagined! What an amazing service. Highly recommend it.

Amazing customer service. Ordered a capacitor for our Air Conditioner at 5pm yesterday and it was delivered to us same day 3 hours later. Can’t get any better than that!
