I went to eat at DQ since my daughter had a dinner to attend and I didn’t want to go back to the hotel. Id been craving a banana split for a while and since DQ is the only joint that makes it, I stopped at the closest one.This place was kind of busy, it was near closing time. I got the split then decided to get something savoury. I opted for the chicken strip meal with onion rings instead of fries.I’ve always liked. DQ’s burgers, chicken strips and onion rings. These did not disappoint. They were as savoury as ever.The split was massive!!! At least for me. The unfortunate thing is that the banana was still frozen so it made eating it, kind of difficult. Still, I finished everything and ended up being so full, I didn’t eat until around 1130 the next day.The service was ok. I found everything to be pretty expensive, it cost me $26.00 without a drink! A small drink would have cost me over $4.00!!!!!Anyway, I ate and enjoyed the laughter of a little kid with his family at the other end of the restaurant, it reminded me of taking my own kids to DQ many years ago.Having a banana split is becoming a luxury both in availability and price now days.

Bought an ice cream cake and had an indian girl with long hair wearing glasses help me. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to write something on the cake because apparently for her the cake had “no space” when there cake is made to have space to have something written on it. She did agree afterwards but she said that she can only put “happy b-day”. after 5 minutes of waiting she came out with the cake looking like a 5 year old drew the happy bday. Totally disappointed

If i could give this restaurant a zero star i would. Terrible service. Asked for fresh fries 2x as they kept re heating the same fries in the fryer as i watched them.absolute joke.

In tour or so, the atmosphere for stars was only due To the fact that it's a personal preference for me to not eat inside fast food places. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with the atmosphere or the cleanliness of This establishment the cake was absolutely amazing and I find Myself craving a cold treat from here almost weekly

Girl working till around 4:15pm at Douglas location today was very rude. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but she was friendly and smiled at next customer. When asked to add a milkshake to the order she said ‘I guess so’.Milkshake was served without whip, that’s fine just don’t charge full price. I’ll spend my $30 elsewhere next time.

I have had many blizzards over the years. But, the last three times i have been to this location have been the worst. Very little fillings and not mixed to the bottom. The young gentleman there dont seem to care about the quality of what they are making. Just pump it out. We recently went to another DQ and was made much more to our satisfaction. I hope this location can get their act together.

UPDATE: Zero response from the branch and it’s been 3 weeks. I had the most violently disgusting experience here and my partner and I both ate RAW UNCOOKED chicken burgers, got FOOD POISONING and have photos to prove it. I’ve emailed head office multiple times and no response. Absolutely disgusting - go somewhere else for fast food.
