These are hands down the best cakes in the city! No gimmicks or novelty cakes here, just simple, elegant, delicious cakes with sophisticated flavours! I have never been disappointed in the 7 years that I have been buying her cakes, the only problem always is - which flavour to choose!!

Charming little place, owner is very welcoming and kind.Shop opens at 12 so make sure to get there early, as she tends to sell out fairly quickly. I went once at 1pm and everything was sold out.Tried out the small chocolate cake and it was rich and delicious!Definitely a place worth checking out that offers various cakes, cupcakes & brownies.

Been visiting Coco Locale for years; the treats are always perfect, the experience always warm and inviting. What does it feel like to never have an off day? The baker makes it look effortless, but we know that it's pure skill, expertise, and endless love that goes into making it perfect 100% of the time.Favourite items: Spiced brownie and vanilla cupcake

beautiful cakes got the vanilla + rose and the key lime pie so so delicious! the baker is a sweetheart I really enjoyed my experience and it’s also very affordable! definitely recommend

I’ve been going to Cocoa Locale for years. Yesterday I picked up a chocolate cardamom cake. As it was a beautiful day, I ate a piece outside with other people close by. Big mistake! This cake should be eaten alone in private in order to avoid the jealous stares in what is a moment of ecstasy and absolute delight. The cakes are as beautiful as the owner herself. WARNING: eating cakes and cupcakes from Cocoa Locale will result in your inability to be satisfied with any other cakes.

Decent chocolate cake spot. It is rather basic, I'd like to see more complexity of textures and deeper flavors... But it's a decent chocolate cake for a decent price in a cute local shop.
