Went in last night and was greeted by Ola.She was fantastic. She was so polite and kind, was incredibly patient, outlined all the expectations and options and never tried to push anything, or upsell.Compared to many of the other jewelers we have visited, nothing was nearly as good as the exceptional service we had here.Thank you Ola!

Great service ! I hadn’t had my rings cleaned and checked since the beginning of Covid and happened to be in the mall without my paperwork. They were able to check my rings and lookup my information for me without hassle. I was also able to take a photo of the information for next time so now it will always be on my phone. I appreciate the help, highly recommend!

Wife and I were in the process of educating ourselves on rings for each other. Went into this Peoples and was greeted by (Melanie?) Fantastic attitude, super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Answered all the questions we had, (even the mundane) as if we were talking with a friend. A wonderful experience that will definitely bring us back in. Dave, the store manager provided exceptional customer service. Overall very welcoming and helpful to remind me about the warranties purchased with my gift! Very willing to show multiple other rings on display for future references. He makes a good first impression for people especially if it’s their first time!

My partner and I were in this weekend looking at engagement rings and when I found one I liked that we were ready to purchase, the system was giving them a hard time. Both Darlene and Dave went above and beyond to figure out what the issue was and even called us at home with updates. We got it resolved with great service and we left VERY happy (especially me lol).
