Salliss Plumbing & Heating

I have used Salliss Plumbing multiple times over many years. They are friendly, communicate well, do excellent work. They have done plumbing work, repair and HVAC work - installed a new furnace and repair. I strongly recommend them.

Great company and people!Diagnosed faulty relay switch on non operating boiler heating system (no heat). Salliss service people experienced undue difficulty in obtaining replacement part from original manufacture, not unusual these days on older equipment. They persevered and went to part wholesaler in person to ensure that they got the correct part, had been shipped incorrect part on previous occasion. Installed part and had boiler up and operating in no time, ahhh heat! The repair technicians Paul and his apprentice Ryan were personable, professional, capable and caring. Thank you gentlemen and Salliss for your service and repairs. Invoiced amount for the work performed was more than fair and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency at 2am with our sump pump failing and water about to submerge our basement. We called Saliss @ 2am, Jason answered our call and said he can get a new pump and head over right away. We knew it wouldn't be cheap but we also knew that disaster was imminent. Jason showed up about an hour later, replaced our pump which had seized with a new (and much quieter) pump and we were back in business! I cannot say enough about Jason and how he saved our home! Saliss will be my only call in the future for anything plumbing related.

Prompt, friendly and professional plumbing service, clearing a clogged kitchen drain and updating our under-sink plumbing. Jason and Nicole were polite and explained what was necessary, got things done in short order and cleaned up after themselves as though they had never been there. All for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Marty came out at dinnertime on a holiday to fix a critical problem with my plumbing, it took a few hours but the root cause of the problem has been fixed instead of simply applying a bandaid solution. He also took care of a number of other minor plumbing issues around the house in no time, freeing up a least one weekend for me in the new year.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marty and his team to anyone, and should I have plumbing issues again in the future, his will be the first and only name I call. I just called Salliss (after one of their competitors actually recommended them) for the first time, when my regular plumbing company was too busy. They were really responsive, their rates were very fair (I called around beforehand) and they fixed the back up in my main drain within an hour. I will absolutely use this company again!

Salliss installed a new water heater for us and inspected our fireplace. Great price and fabulous service. They were knowledgeable, answered my many questions. Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely call on them again for my next project.
