I went in for a alignment and they told me they wouldn't be able to do it because my inner toe rod needed to be replaced and that it would be am extra 200$. My father ordered the part for me since he's a mechanic.. I go into my dad's work to have it replaced and there is NOTHING wrong with my tie rod. I will never go, nor recommend this place to anyone. They tried to take advantage of me because I was a young woman.. disgusting.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy So he fixed my exhaust no problem he put my 4 tires was supposed to do an alignment didn't even do it A week to the date after he was supposedly did my alignment my 2 front tires were worn out He told me I needed a bunch of stuff to pass the inspection I brought it to another garage past the inspection no problem The 2nd garage told me that they didn't do the alignment at all so he lied to me and when I confronted him he gave me back my 40 bucks wow

I had brakes repaired on my Corolla, then when he couldn't get the lower priced rotors he'd quoted me, he only charged me the lower price even though he'd installed higher quality parts. Excellent honesty and integrity. High quality work. Low Prices! Go to Lyles!

Made an appointment for 1PM, showed up at 12:50, sign on the door saying will be back at 1:30, waited around, they showed up at 1:50. I was told that their lift had broken in the morning and they wouldn't be able to perform the alignment, which I can certainly understand as machinery does break. What I don't understand is why would they not give me a simple phone call (they had all my contact info) to let me know (seeing how it broke in the AM) so that I would not have wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. I have been going there since they were located on St. Georges Street. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending them any more. If you value your time go somewhere else as they obviously think their 2 minutes on the phone is more important than wasting your two hours. If you are looking for a honest, small business shop for alignments try Donelle in Grand Digue, you will not be disappointed!

Will never bring my vehicle here again.I originally brought my truck in for warranty work due to my front diff leaking. After replacing the differential cover, it was leaking again a week later.I brought it in a second time to once again fix the leak. After couple of weeks I noticed it was leaking again so I crawled under and took some pictures.As you can see, one of the bolts was missing and another was half way falling out. Absolutely unacceptable.Also, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the shop, no one answers the phones.Stay away, it's not worth the hassle.
