Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonnyville, an IHG Hotel

Excellent staff! They will greet you with a friendly smile from the front desk, room staff and breakfast personnel. The breakfast was great special the bacon; It was cook for perfection!

I found this hotel to be clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities are pretty good in the hotel and also outside of the hotel where most services are close by. The breakfast has variety with hot and cold items and breakfast times are generous. The room rates are fair for industry standards.The room was pretty standard and appeared quite clean aside from sloppy dusting of lamps, TV and cutting corners when vacuuming. Internet needs to be better and cable as well. Hundreds of channels but, very few are subscribed to, so you spend way to much time trying to find a channel that shows something. Maybe the hotel can provide a list of working channels.I will say that I was quite disappointed in the maintenance of the bathroom. It’s clear that maintenance is being done, but in a very sloppy way. Grout is slapped on and not cleaned up. Holes are patched but not sanded and towel racks are rusted. It would take nothing more than a little bit of pride to make the bathroom appear clean.This hotel is pet friendly which is a bonus. The unfortunate part is that owners clearly do not clean up after their dogs. The amount of poop left behind is irresponsible and lazy of the owners. This is no fault of the hotel or staff. I just hope owners think about the impact of leaving messes behind, in the hopes that our dogs will continue yo be welcomed. It’s not always easy to find pet friendly hotels and lazy owners is probably the reason why.I would consider staying here again. Mostly because of location and pet friendly.

Absolutely amazing. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were awesome and there was even a dry sauna!
