The Best Timmies I have ever been to. The staff are all really professional & super sweet. The restaurant & the Washrooms are always clean. Thanks guys for allowing me to hang around. :)

I usually go to the drivethrough. Staff is very friendly. Order is always prepared correctly. They do seem to run out of chocolate chip cookies early in the day though. It is my go to timmies in Kingston.

And this is Tim Hortons what can I say. This seems to be a new location or a recent location or recently upgraded nice clean the service is good. Plenty of parking convenient location. That's what you might expect in any given Tim Hortons.

One of those Tim Hortons locations that completely ignores people inside for the sake of drive through. I don't blame the staff - corporate Tim's has probably setup some clearance-time KPIs that incentivise favouring drive-through.Also, poor WiFi. Not sure why anyone even tries to use public WiFi.

I found the store to be less than spotless, lots of staff behind the counter yet the line up was put the door, basically they were Stan around. Only operated 1 til and only 1 was taking orders and filling them. The staff seemed short, abrupt and acted like I was bothering them, after I sat down there was no plug in for my laptop and the internet was connected yet no internet access...not a place of would recommend

I have a new favourite donut which is the Coconut Cream. My only problem is I can’t get it at every Tim Hortons and it’s not in the take out menu. One other thing thats missing in that donut is a coconut cream filling instead of Vanilla cream filling .

It always seems hit or miss at this location. Sometimes everything’s fines, sometimes the food is just wrong. Most of the employees are good and if you go at off peak hours it should be good but I’ve had too many examples of not honouring reward points, wrong orders, giving my order to someone else then upcharging me for that item now being out of stock, etc.

Went through the drive thru, I ordered a savory pastory, i paid with debit, then they go and get it come back telling me oh sorry were out, then gave me a donut that was worth less. They need to make sure they have it before they make you pay.

Nice people but window staff needs more training on program & prep staff/ sandwich artists need to stop overloading the counter by the window. I got a free bagel i didnt pay for or order because staff kept putting orders too close together. Also the lady infront of me paid $2.32 for a large coffee when i paid 2.07.
