Purchased advanced bracelets for Capital fair for our family of five. Checked our bank account the next morning, double charged $175! Took me half a day to get a hold of someone from WFS. They sent a refund however the money doesn't go back into our account for a few days. Now we will have a car payment bounce and we also won't be able to attend this weekend as planned which means our oldest child will miss out as she is gone the rest of the summer (so now we have a bracelet we cannot get a refund for), and we have to disappoint our children who were very much looking forward to going with their cousins. Big family outing ruined and a low income family left out of pocket. Really bad impression for first time capital fair goers.

Rude service and lack of information! Our child was not able to fully enjoy the LIMITED rides at event because of height. Website lacks essential information. Also parents/adults cannot accompany a child on rides and this information is not shared until you get to the event. Probably to make sure you spend money even though you can’t use tickets etc.not accommodating and poorly run. So disappointing!

This is the world's worst midway. Went to the Welland grow to fair yesterday and I have never seen anything more pathetic. The rides were horrible, the tickets were way too expensive and the people working it were rude and mean. One of the rides (cost $8 in tickets for two small children to go on it) lasted a matter of a few seconds because the people working there were switching shifts. No one could believe it. I will never pay for rides by this company again

Feeling ripped off and ignoredBought ride bracelet for my grandson back in August for their venue in Napanee Ontario he was 4.5 yrs old he wasn't able to get on any of the rides even rides that he got on to the yr before. I contacted them regarding a refund.All I have received from them each time I wrote them was this automated answer-Thanks for getting in touch! As you know we are on the road most of the time so we will reply as soon as possible.
