Terrible customer service terrible customer experience. I return the pair of shoes over 10 days ago still haven’t got a refund. I don’t know what’s going on. I called customer support about 35 times. No one‘s answered the phone I tried to email No one responded to my email. I spent a lot of money at this company for shoes. I will never spend another dollar there again. All I want is my refund back ASAP And I’ll make sure I spread the news that no one I know ever buys anything from them again. I wish I could give them a zero star. Unfortunately I can’t if you ever buy anything online. Make sure it fits you because good luck trying to get your money back.

Cashiers were having a debate in-front of the customers, stressed me out already waiting for my turn to pay and to find someone who’s willing to serve customers. Followed by the instructions on the final sale with a terrible store manager.The Associate in the Nike shoes department is nice, fresh and helpful.The girl greeting customers was busy talking to her colleague/friend, not helping even when the low quality paper back got ripped and the shoe box fell.Store products don’t look of a quality.I will never stepping back in any JD store. Bad experience and in case the shoes doesn’t fit as it’s a gift, I will contact consumers Canada. So you guys respect your customers.

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly girl. I asked if they had the Fred Perry sweatshirt. Girl responded with “no I don’t think we have it” (I had seen it on their website but after reading the horrible reviews about their shipping I thought better to go in person). I walked around and boom I found it in like 2 minutes.Checkout line had 3 customers waiting, only one cashier on but there were 3-4 other staff just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Do you think you could open a few more cash registers?Seems like the staff are poorly trained.As I walked out of the store I showed the girl that had said they didn’t have it, I said it’s right over there!!!

I like this store, they have nice products but it’s very busy. The line at cash can be long at times. Also the parking lot could get busy but it’s worth it when you can find some great pieces.

I recently visited the JD sports store to purchase Nike & Jordan shoes for both my wife and son. From the moment we entered the store, Cindy greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs. She helped us navigate through the store to find the perfect shoes. Been trying to connect with online support for almost a month now regarding a return - no response. Called the store and everytime someone picks up and hangs up. Unbelievable disappointmentUpdate: I called the Brampton store and the manager there was very helpful. JD isn’t well equipped for emails likely because they’re too new in Canada. He emailed internally and I finally have a label. Now we’ll see how long the return takes but 1 start up’s to 3.5 cuz of him.

This the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a product from them and need to make a return. They say returns must be within 28 days and to send them a email. I sent them an email to return a product and they haven’t bothered to respond. Called their outlet in Toronto they directed me to called their customer service number and gave me the number. So I have been calling the customer service number several times and they don’t pick the phones. Careful dealing with such scam company, they are only interested in selling but not taking customers calls or responding to emails for returns. Looks like they want to run the time out of the return window. Please be careful before spending your hard earned money buying stuff from them. I rather pay extra $$ buying from companies that offer better customer service and treat their customers with respect.

I visited today and I hated my experience.Firstly, all the sales associates seem like they hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. No one seems approachable and have miserable faces on. You would expect to see more energized people working at a retail establishment.Secondly, no one is willing to make a sale. I was looking for a particular style of shoe and it was not in store. Instead of providing me with alternative options or telling me ways to get the shoe I want, I was brushed off.Thirdly, the manager has an attitude problem. Rather than explaining the situation in a calm manner, she thought by being rude and overpowering would help the issue. Great leadership skills. NOT.This is one of the worst locations I have been to.

I had a great experience shooing at jd sports MO and MAYA were so helpful. They were kind funny and so much more.They tied the laces on my shoes and made it look so nice. So I had to give a rating.Go shop at JD SPORT RIGHT NOW!!

Visited on June 3rd, 2023, very impressed of how helpful the staff was, great selections of sneakers. Everyone had a smile on their faces despite of entitled some other customers can be. I would definitely recommend and I’d definitely here to shop for more sneakers for myself and family. One recommendation would be is to try to keep an eye for the filthy ones that makes a mess on the doors, please clean it frequently.
