Freedom Mobile

I like Freedom Mobile a lot, me and my family all now own a plan from them and they work wonderfully. Whenever I have a problem with my plan or phone I go to this store 13720 40 Street, and the worker there named Ahmed he gives the best service ever. He was very helpful and kind and got the job done quickly. Because of that I will be a Freedom client for a really long time. I Give it 5 stars.

Had issues with credit bureau seeing my account with freedom mobile, I came to the office and Umar helped me figured out what the issue was and got it resolved in mins.. the customer service was top notch, I literally danced at the store knowing my issues has been resolved.

Bad service, I waited in line for a long time and a man who arrived much later than me was served first. On top of that, the man was very unpleasant and harassed me until he almost touched me. The store clerk did nothing and didn't say anything, even though the man was very rude. It was seriously terrible service, and I'm never going back there. Even though it's close to where I live, I'd rather go to another store that's a thousand times further away than repeat that situation."

Very rude and lazy staff. Do not be deceived by the name; this phone network has nothing to do with liberty.

Umar helped my wife and I with new phones, happy with new product, price and time we spent there.

Wonderful experience. The staff takes the time to explain all the different options available and help you choose the phone that best suits your needs. They also do their best to combine available promotions to give you the best possible monthly plan available. I have been with wind/freedom for almost 10 years and they always have the best plans. You might have to wait a little longer but this is the reason customer service is good... they take the time to serve each customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Sam!

Rude employees, one refused to help me sperate my number from my X's plan and told me a had switch to another phone company. The other told me they could if I put My X was with me. When I did bring him we were told it would take an hour or more because they only have two technicians for all of Canada. I'm still on the plan with my X so the problem isn't fixed. I'm lucky because I am on good terms with my X,if I were fleeing from Abuse your employees basically told me I would have to spend money or face the abuser. Terrible service. My X also noticed how both male employees talk to him and didn't listen to me. I was the customer, he was only there because the employees said he had to be.

The staff here knows about selling and determines if customer is interested in apple or android , if he or she wants to stay on the same brand like for example android then the staff here upgrades his or her old phone to newer android phone that would cost him or her at a valued price and a little bit extra but he or she will experience an excellent features and no lags on the newer phone than the before ones and the staff would recommend to sell the older phone to get the money back and can save his pocket . Very excellent service . Must visit .

I have a refund on my account. I attempted to get said refund from a store location. They advised my to contact their customer service line. I messaged for an hour only to be advised I have to go back to a store so they can update my email address and then they can change my mailing address where my cheque will be sent. This is a poor policy and does not make any sense. Very inconvenient for customers.

They were very professional, friendly and they saved me money while offering me a better plan. They even provided my very pregnant spouse a chair to sit on while we waited. I really appreciate people like this who take pride in their work ❤️
