We hired Russel and his team to replace our houses perimeter drainage system, and seal our foundation in October 2022 after we had some basement flooding issues the previous year.The quote was competitive and I had heard good things/ read the reviews for the company so we decided to go ahead with them.Rus met me to go over the quote and explain the scope of work that had to be done, and answered any questions I had.He gave me a time line of five days to complete the work. It involved a lot of digging by hand under our front steps, and the side of our house. They used plywood on our grass where ever dirt piles had to be, and kept a very clean and organized work zone. They also were very careful around our garden areas which my wife really appreciated. .There was an issue with our municipality over a few inches of pipe and Russell came back and moved it for us, which was great.Overall I would definitely recommend Lucas Drainage. Russell is a very hard and fast worker who is easy to communicate with.

We just had our septic field upgraded and I honestly couldn't be happier with Lucas Drainage & Sewer. They were hard working, polite, and very professional at all times. We recently had our perimeter drains replaced. There were a number of issues to deal with as our house is older and built on a slope. Alot of the digging 8 feet down was done by hand. They successfully tunnelled under our older heat pump and removed large rocks, including one that had to be jack hammered apart. Two camellias were successfully moved, our front brick porch reinstalled and new brick installed where the concrete was cut out, which better matched the rest of the brick patio. Russell, Marcus and the crew did an outstanding job, never complaining, always positive. We were very impressed with their service and willingness to complete the job to our satisfaction. Russell and his team from Lucas Drainage and Sewer completed some perimeter drain repairs for our Strata complex last week.The team were professional, polite, and extremely hard working.  The work was completed on time; even with the additional work they identified.   The site was kept tidy during the week and final clean up included relaying patio tiles, driveway slabs, sorting garden beds and providing top soil and reseeding leaving the place looking great.The Strata owners are very impressed with their work and we would highly recommend them to others.

Got 3 quotes and after considering them all, i asked if i could get a better deal, and revealed the other quotes. Got a great deal and work was started right away, with great communication the whole time. Job was completed fast and to a high standard. They worked longer hours and got my yard back to normal in quick time. The underground sprinkler lines were not an issue, and any broken lines were repaired right away. The whole process was worry free and the quote was exactly what i paid. I would reccomend Russel to anyone needing a septic termination and sewer hookup done the right way the first time.

Replaced perimeter drains; It was a great job, professional,hard working,punctual. The work was completed as stated,left clean and tidy. I was a little concerned about mounds of dirt, but the energy and good humour was contagious; hardly noticed the mud. Now ,bring on the rains! ;)

Excellent, thorough and courteous service. Knowledgeable, honest and fair. Highly recommended.Hate to have to do this but I am frustrated. They wrecked a portion of the sprinkler during the job. Promised to get someone to fix it by May 1. No one turned up. Then promised to pay for the repair. Asked me to get quotes. Sprinkler companies said they should mark the location to avoid digging up randomly. I asked them to do this to save time/money. Dodging my calls and texts. Still no action. Really disappointed. Thought I could trust them on their word.

We found their price to be the best, and they exceeded our expectations with their honesty, attention-to-detail, and reliability.
