The Tuesday morning crew just made my day! I brought in my 5-6 years old boots hoping they could help to replace the soles, they just replaced my old ones with a brand new pair, free of any extra fees! I don't write reviews or rate stores often, but for this time, the Blundstone customer service just nailed it! Picked a newer style and colour, love them. Plus the lady who helped me is patient and helpful to find out the right size for me.

I was hoping to get my boots polished and I was immediately greeted with big grins from the girls in the front. It’s always nice to feel welcomed!I’d like to highlight KYRAH for her impeccable knowledge and support of boot fitting as well as providing preventative measures in order to avoid wear and tear in the future. I accidentally got fitted for the wrong size a year back, and was unable to wear them - they were just sitting in my closet.I brought them in, and Carly was so incredibly helpful! She helped me get fitted for the right size, taught me how to check if a boot is fitting properly, and thoroughly explained everything. I was in and out in 20 minutes, with a pair of boots I can actually wear!Thanks so much Carly :)

Absolutely the best customer service and satisfaction!I cannot believe how commited this company is to its customers!I purchased a pair of boots 5 years ago.At the time, I was unfortunately incorrectly fitted and the boots were too small.I thought they wouldbreak in" but no such luck.They stayed in my closet for the last 4 years.I finally decided to contact the company.To my amazement

I only have great things to say about my experiences here. I went with my boyfriend last week and received excellent customer service. He wanted a bit of time to think about which pair he wanted to purchase and when we went back a few days later we were met by the same people who gave us great service. They were kind and answered all of the questions we had. I also had my boots cleaned and serviced here for free, and I was happy with the results.

I had a warranty issue with my blundstones and took them back to this location and they were wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful and replaced the boots for me no problem! I absolutely love my boots and wear them all the time. Great location and great product!
