Imtiaz was exceptional. He came within 24 hours of us contacting him. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He treated the very large wasp colony under our siding and they were all dead by the next morning! He even went above and beyond by noticing a large ant hill on his way into our yard, I asked him if he could treat that too, and I was surprised when paying when he told me that it would be no additional charge! We highly recommend him and would use his services again. Thanks Imtiaz!

When we first contacted grand river pest control at 8pm, Imtiaz responded 2 hours later saying he would be out to spray the next day. He was very professional and polite. He informed us that he had a 6 month warranty which was great to hear since we needed him to come out and spray 3 more times. Once again, he was out the same week when we contacted him.

I contacted Grand River after a so called reputable and recommended contractor didn't bother showing up. I was able to get an appointment for the following day. Imtiaz gave me a decent price for a single visit.He was professional, polite and on time. Before the work started we went through the house and area that had the ant issue. Imtiaz additionally pointed out areas that he thought could be of concern. The work was done quickly and we have not had any ant issues since that day. We might need a second visit the following spring but we still saved a substantial amount of money compared to the other guy.Thanks again.

Very good experience. Imtiaz was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He explains the whole procedure beforehand. All hornets were gone within three days, as he told us. I definitely recommend their service.

Called as had infestation and overall, really- who likes bugs! Call was answered quickly and discussion on what the problem was. Texted photo and Imtiaz was understanding of my urgency to come and work his magic. He set up a time that worked for both of us and was not on time, but EARLY! Waiting for the exact appointment time. (I am a stickler when people are late). He came in, quickly addressed the issue and worked his magic concoction. I found him to be understanding, professional and responsive. I would use again (hopefully don’t have too!) but would 100% recommend.

We have used Grand River Pest Control a few times over the last few years. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. Imtiaz is an amazing person… he is knowledgable, and tells you all the details beforehand. The customer service is fantastic. They come back and add pesticide if needed within a certain period. We used this business for both mice and ants, and in both cases the service and the outcome were great. I have referred Grand River Pest Control to my family and friends, and they were all happy with the services. Gypsy moth caterpillars are a problem as summer arrives and I know whom I will contact if that problem comes up in my neighbourhood. I highly recommend GRPC if you need a pest control service.

Amazing! I needed service right away but no other company could fit me in for over a month. I had ants, spiders and large centipedes...I couldn't wait that long. I contacted Grand River Pest Control Thursday, they were there the next day exactly when they said they would be there. They took care of the inside and outside in less than an hour, and for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased with the service provided!
