We were in on a Thursday, the 16th of February, and arrived around 8pm night only one server was working, but she was excellent. the restaurant had at least 10 tables full, some with large parties. we never waited for service or a refill, I only wish I could remember her name as she deserves cudos for her work. I have been to many locations in the city and will definitely return to this one.

Absolute Horrific Experience.Sat down, for 20minutes and never once approached or had any drinks ordered before we got up and left.1 staff member working and 1 Bartender mid summer? Do Better ClockTower Pub. You're not the only option in Orleans and won't be a 1st choice

Great fish tacos. Steak was tender and cooked well. I would recommend their pub food selection though. Their nachos were amazing.

We always have a great experience at this restaurant. Service is top notch, they are so attentive to children/families and incredibly welcoming. Great atmosphere and great food. I’ve had lots of things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Our go to place for a family outing or date night!

What amazing service! Waitress was very friendly kept checking up on us. My son really didn't like the sauce on his wings so they made him a new batch. They also have board games at the entrance which is such a great way to keep people off their phones and talking. Food was also really good. Will certainly be going back.

If you are a business and supply this company with goods and/or services, you may want to consider a cash on delivery relationship ONLY. They owe us money and we have spoken to others that have had to chase them for payment as well. It is unfortunate that they feel it is ok to take advantage of another business owner after we all struggled to survive the covid pandemic. Helping them get through a difficult time now comes back to bite us.

Went in for the first time, as I am new to Orleans and this is close to my house. I will not ever return. Service was terrible, food was not good. Felt like our presence annoyed the wait staff.

We had the best service ever on our date night! I wasn’t a fan of the poke salad .. she totally listened and as a customer felt heard. I don’t like kale, and wasn’t a fan of the corn, or edamame that was “roasted” but was incredibly chewy. This was on their new menu, so she agreed that my poke bowl was not what it should be. They use frozen pre cut fries, but their dip was good. Service was great, food was so so.

I don't know if because we are latinos, the service was rude and not friendly at all. At least that was the impression I got. The nachos are the worst we've ever eaten. The place is fine.
