Went for a regular haircut, I look 10 times worse than I did before and they barely cut anything off. Nice people, but these guys just hire amateur barbers. They have maybe 1 actual good barber there and the rest are newbies/amateurs. If you do come here make sure you ONLY EITHER get Ben or Andy.

Couldn’t be less happy with the cut, barber seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, left the fade patchy and uneven, now I have to book another appointment elsewhere in the morning to fix this mess, people keep saying in the reviews only 1 or 2 barbers know what they’re doing…. And the reviews are right, don’t bother with this place, never had a haircut be this bad before it’s embarrassing

Very bad service, you stay on the chair for 2 hours and they will cut literally a tiny piece of your hair every 10 minutes, the barber went to the bathroom for 20minutes out of the 2 hours !!!!! the whole customer service in general is the worst I have seen till now, there are 4-5 different barbers around the corner. You will waste your time going there !

I used to be regular but lately they have been reducing the quality of the service. The person I had today was always on the phone and was not listening to my requests. Definitely will need to find a new barber for my next haircut

Worst place to be at, I drove from Scarborough which was an hour drive. I called these guys to tell I’m running 2 minutes late. They didn’t answer and when I reached they told me that they cannot cut my hair bcuz I’m 2 minutes late. 8 of my cousins get haircuts from these guys, so from now they won’t be. Last time I got a haircut from guy name Andy I waited 15 minutes before he started cutting my hair even though I had an appointment booked.

They book by appointment through the website and are really good with their timings which to me is worth the 5* right there. ill honestly keep coming here for that reason alone, other barbers should take note. Overall, awesome service. Cuts are always on point. You can tell the owners/main barbers care about their operation and its just generally very professional and well run. Been here twice now and my kid here too as they also cut child's hair. All very reasonably priced - Get a perfect trim and without waiting 1.5 hours? Sign me up

Gudup (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) was great. He gave me a nice fade and did exactly what I asked for, plus he’s a great person to talk with. Highly recommend.

Too bad there are no zero stars. Terrible experience. Was going to try out for first time. Made apoinemt for lunch break from work. Walked out after waiting 30 mins after appointment time and watching walk-in people jump ahead and get served right away. Zero acknowledgment that I was there or that they were extremely late. I had to just walk away. Good luck getting repeat customers.

Amazing Haircut and beard trim by Karam. It was my first time with them and he understood my needs and my hair texture and gave the cut accordingly.Will be back for Karam for sure. Bonus was the nice chat with him.Overall the experience was really nice and staff also seems to be chill.100% recommended.

Second time I've taken my son to this place. We were looking for a place where he felt satisfied with the haircut and he wanted to try this place and he loved it. The people who have taken care of him have been kind to him, the atmosphere is good and pleasant the only thing I didn't like is the music they listened to at that time when we arrived (they had a lot of bad words) for a child and I felt uncomfortable for my son to listen but in a few minutes the owner changed the music for (music in Spanish) we love Spanish music , I thank the owner for considering it while we were there.
