What an amazing experience!! Every place becomes great if you get an awesome customer satisfaction . We walked in to store with some Confusion in mind whether we should buy appliances from here or not but Raj (Rajesh) made it so easy . His way of answering or filtering the criteria as per customer need is terrific . We had so much fun working with him . His advice helped us save a lot of money and we end up buying all what we need . I recommend him to everyone and you will see how knowledgeable he is and you won’t be able to walk out without buying. Thanks once again

Went in after having a bad experience at another appliance store, & we couldn’t be happier! The lovely gentleman in the appliance department was super helpful, kind & we ended up walking out with two new appliances rather than the one we went in for. HIGHLY recommend Home Depot Milton for any of your appliance needs! Can’t wait for our new appliances to arrive next week!

Staff is rather dense. They don't seem to know too much, and rather than find the answer, they just send you to another person who has the same information (usually minimal to nil)The store is highly disorganized. Shelves are empty, but their online inventory says there is stock. I found the product I needed on the top shelf in a box. It wasn't hard to find, but I can only assume that the staff have a difficult time looking up.

Milton Home Depot has been the absolute best experience I've ever had at any Home Depot. Maddie, Marcus and Linda are the most helpful out of all the home improvement stores I have ever been to. They heard my concerns and gave me the absolute perfect direction I needed. They are cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Maddie has an exceptional personality. She demonstrated extensive knowledge in various models and specs and guided me in the appliance department, looking for the best range for my family's needs. Marcus, you rock; I hope all Home Depot employees are like you.I have to Give Thank you to Home Depot Milton Managers (Mukish/Linda) for having such an excellent-hearted team/employees.

I bought a new home and needed appliances. As they are costly and needed some time to make a decision with brand and reviews etc. but thanks to Mr Raaj, in appliance section, in Milton Home Depot. He explained everything in detail with patience, and never pushed me for anything I didn’t want. I guess a good salesperson n experienced one is very important and no doubt he made my buying very simple and easier.Now waiting for my delivery. Btw I even changed my delivery date by just calling the store and asking for appliance section, it was very fast n simple. So I am definitely giving 5 stars for the customer service I got at store.

Even though it is my husband’s favourite shop, it becomes my favourite too during spring and summer due to its beautiful garden centre. The variety of plants is pretty amazing. Also the landscaping supplies are also very nice.

I felt a need to mention that I received the most wonderful service in the garden centre from a lovely woman named Kelly!!! Kelly went above and beyond, to assist me while I was searching for the best plants for my upcoming wedding celebration. It’s a rare find to receive service from another person who actually listens and cares about doing the best job to help. I wish more people took pride in their work. Thank you Kelly!! I’ll definitely ask for you whenever I shop at the Milton store.
