Bruce came by to assess the foundation underneath a kitchen addition and our failing masonry wall in August. After an $1800 deposit he has yet to provide a report 6 weeks later, despite emails, calls and assurances that he had the geotechnical report, delaying the levelling of our eroding backyard and potentially forcing us to miss a window for construction due to the arrival of the rainy season. Please return our deposit and demonstrate some integrity in admitting that you haven't gotten to the report as a residential construction is not your priority.
