I've just spoken with Devlin, and had a great customer service experience! It's my first time hiring a crane, and although he doesn't have the type of crane I need for this particular job he spent the time to help me feel confident in finding the right person for the job as well as giving me a list of people he would recommend. Old fashioned customer service is hard to find, but this fellow has it ! I'd have them quote my next lift for sure!
