Worst service and the people working are extremely rude. The people talking on the phone don't have the correct information, they don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time here.

I went there on a Wed at 6pm and this branch was already closed. At their door says that Mon-Fri they are open from 9am to 7pm

The lady in the morning was very unpleasant. Will not cash my transfer as they don't carry that amount". Asked her if they can collect for next day. Simple answer "NO" "NO" and "NO". No matter what I asked to cash my transfer I receive simple "NO". Makes me wonder why Western Union accepting around the world transfers of any amount but are NOT able to cash it out?"

Didn’t cash a transfer pretending they don’t have cash on hand. Asked him to transfer to my bank account, didn’t do that either.
