I just talked with Arsh kaur. She explained me everything about my first insurance in very detail and proper manner. She is polite and understanding I am happy with the service. And another person Toyesh with whom I talked last time also provide such valuable and excellent service I wanna Thank both of these to clear my doubt and provide me with a good price for my first insurance.

Cancelled my insurance without letting me know, I drove around with no insurance for two months and got a massive crack in my windshield. When I called to let them know my car was in the shop getting my windshield replaced they wanted me to pay for the two months I WASN'T insured AND they wouldn't cover my windshield despite me paying an extra $20 a month specifically for front windshield insurance. What a joke.

Service was great, but I was told it would take 10 extra minutes to add house insurance. More than 30 minutes later I had get rude to end the conversation because I had to drive.

Unfortunately I’ve had to make 4 claims with these idiots. All were not at fault on my end. Every. Single. Time. It’s a run around and takes weeks on weeks to hear back from them to finally get my car fixed. I’ve been with them for about 5 years and their prices are insane. I was originally marked at fault for one of my claims and later switched to not at fault.. because of that when I would call other insurance companies to try and switch it would show that I had an at fault claim and TD would just say “well it shouldn’t” ok well it does?? I asked for a reference letter to show other companies that I’ve never had any at fault claims and that was a fight to get. Finally switching to the insurance Costco offers, $60 a month cheaper. If you’re thinking of going with td? DONT.

WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT WITH TDThey deserve 0 stars...You definitely get what you paid for!their customer service is trash. They will make you go through hell...even if you're not at fault...Their employees are incompetent or lazy. or both, who knows. but on the other hand their employees are VERY Lucky because they get paid for doing absolutely nothing!You have to fight tooth and nail to get what you deserve.. don't give up keep fighting .

Unfortunately I had to give one star, and I am not sure TD even deserves that! Please save yourself the pain and suffering of dealing with TD Insurance. #1 they increase your rate year over year, even when a claim has never been made. Then one day are rear ended out of the blue at no fault of your own. TD is happy to tell you that they will provide you with a rental, and that I you 5000 dollars coverage. Only to be cut off when they present a settlement offer to you. In my case it was 5 days worth of a rental that cost them no more $250. The offer present, was by no means accepted, didn't matter. It was Another 3 weeks of paying for my own rental. Until they could final cut me a cheque to be able to make the down payment" on my next vehicle. And now almost three months later I am receiving calls from the old car loan

I don’t know where to begin with TD Insurance. If I could give negative stars, i would. I had 3 people guarantee me on my deductible. I booked the appointment, then as time came to pay, the shop said that the purchase order from TD was for 5X my deductible. I had to pay it (even though it was confirmed by 3 different people). Then I spent weeks trying to get this dealt with, I was put through to probably 15 different people that all told me ‘I have no supervisor, I report to no one. I can’t help you though’ Then I got the department head, who was extremely rude, condescending, called me a liar, and more. I requested to escalate my complaint. Another 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. Then someone from the complaints department called, apologized profusely about how I was spoken too, sent me a $25 amazon gift card, and said he was going to get me my deductible back. I have yet to hear from him (it’s been months now). Then I wrote to the senior complaints department, and they never responded. So i reached out again, received an automated response saying ‘we’ll get back to you within 30 days’. Still haven’t heard back from them either. While this was all happening, they addressed one of my statements that had a pink slip/personal info enclosed to my roommate. Talk about breach of confidentiality? I would rather be uninsured than insured with TD Insurance. They’re the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache, money, and stress and pay a little bit extra to go with LITERALLY any other insurance company.Update 9 months after original review was posted:I don't know how long it took for someone from the complaints department to get back to me, but it was months. They told me that they had reviewed my account and all of the calls and said I was mistaken about my deductible and that I was not getting anything back from them. They said they had a recording of a call that stated my deductible, but I also recorded the one of many calls of their customer service promising my deductible was a significantly lower amount. So I wonder what recording they could be talking about. About 2 weeks ago I received a collections agency notice saying that I owed TD Insurance ~$30.00, with no explanation, no receipt, no invoice. Nothing proving that I actually owe them anything - which wouldn't make sense anyways considering I had direct withdrawal set up with them, so there is no way I would owe them money. After I closed my account with them, I confirmed with 2 people that I had no outstanding fees, so I'm still fighting with them as to why they are STILL trying to take money from me when I stopped using their services almost a year ago. STAY AWAY FROM TD INSURANCE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR $$$$$.

Workers are nice but they just don’t know about anything. They’ll offer you the wrong insurance simply because they don’t know better. When you question them about how it doesn’t make sense they don’t ask they supervisor they just stick with it. You call back later only to find out it’s incorrect from another agent.

Very bad experience, i was told car insurance super expensive and when i canceled the insurance they wanted me to pay a huge fee that i was told about on the phone for 30 min .Just surprise, definitely illegal i will fight it till the end .

I have been dealing with them for 15 years. Definitely have competitive pricing. I would highly recommend looking into them. I will continue to use them!
