Very disappointed with Ashik and A-1 Quality Tub Services. After confirming that they do hot tub winterizations I tried to book them for the service over text as requested. I sent all the details and address as well as a requested date one week out. I asked for confirmation if the date worked and if there were any other questions. I received no response so called twice and texted again after 6 days - again no response. I called again one day before my requested service date - no response. I have never been ghosted by a business like this before after they initially said they could do the service, requested the information and then never followed up. All I expect is honesty. If you can’t do it, just say so and I will try other companies.This company is not a 5 star company as the reviews suggest.When trying to book service for you hot tub I would suggest trying someone else first and do not depend on A-1 for a commitment on the service you request.

Quick to return calls. Extremely prompt, professional serviceman, Ashik is genuinely warm in nature and demonstrates a very high level of integrity. He was clear and concise about what I should expect for service and cost.Highly recommend this gentleman/ company for all your hot tub repairs.

I dont know who's giving you a 5 star, maybe family! I have dealt with you, you measured my hot tub wrong twice! Then you tried to sell me a tub lid that didnt even fit! Very %&$@ unprofessional in my opinion! You got a star for just your treatment knowledge of hot tubes!

Asik took care of winterizing my hottub while I was out of town. Reliable service

Our hot tub had not been operational in 4 years and was not a simple fix. He was affordable, efficient, and great quality work and I would recommend this company whole heartedly!!! It's so nice to have a great working hot tub again!

Incredible service. Bought a house with hot tub included. Had some major issues with the pumps and a bunch of leaks. Also built into the deck so it's a pain to get at most of it. For the last 6 months been dealing with a larger service company. Back and forth, ordering parts, etc. Always delays to come back.They eventually got fed up (probably with being under my deck) and said they would have to organize to HOIST IT OUT OF THE DECK to fix it.Called Ashik and he came the next day. There were multiple fixes so he probably came back 4 times all in about 1.5 weeks. Completely fixed. And extremely fair price.Great guy. Great service. Will recommend him to all the hot tub owners I know.

We highly reccomend Ashik, and A-1 !! We had the control pack fail, about a week before the freezing weather was about to show up. We live in Spruce Grove, but the service place here told me a month wait!I called A-1, and even though he is in Edmonton, he came the next day. It took a couple trips out here to figure out the issue. Even though he admitted he would rather stay in Edmonton, he still came out no problem.His rates were excellent, and more than fair!

We bought a 30 year old home that had an interior hot tub which leaked. Ashik was able to replace all plumbing parts, as well as the heat exchanger and pump. Hot tub works like a new one. He is very reliable and determined to get everything working properly. We definitely would recommend his services.

Amazing service by Ashik. Very knowledgeable about hot tubs. He was very sincere and honest about the work that needed to be done. I will definitely be calling A-1 Quality for all future services and chemicals.
